Came down for the weekend fishing, this is Saturday's effort. Landed a PB brown trout, so that made my week :)
Today I went for a walk along The ngonga , talking to anglers as I go, while trying to land a trout myself . This video captures that day , forever .
Catch and release , lovely well conditioned trout , released to fight another day .
I love coming down to Rotorua
I was using a little orange jelly glo bug most of the time today, and a split shot to the side . Primal brand , weight 3 euro fly rod 10.4 ft is what I use . You can purchase some here from Moko Rivers, drop him an email mokorivers@yahoo.co.nz

That stream like the kanikaniwha stream out of Hamilton some nice bows and browns mainly bows but realy nice river to fish but this river is all ways on with big trout nice lands bro some really nice fish
