This woman tried to hug me several times and i believe she's trying to manufacture a situation by which she can accuse me of sexual harassment. Once HR got done laughing at him, that is.
Or men should be more accountable for how their actions and even presence impact others. Always ask for consent even with hugs. If this person accepted, this is more about them than you.

Men don't report it at all
You are mostly correct. Women and member of LGBTQ+ are most likely experience and report SH but not always. It's definitely less common
