    As a man who's been falsely accused of sexual harassment in the workplace, I will no longer train, help, hug, or interact with any females in the workplace....PERIOD! Men are at risk of losing everything, and EEOC will take the woman's point of view, no matter what! And believe me, it's hard to prove a negative ( your innocence ) Men beware, it's a dangerous time to work with women.

    Can I be eligible for FMLA if I suffer from depression and need to go visit my family back home . I live in USA with no family around ! My parents and siblings all back home. Over seas.

    This wasn't every helpful. It was more like what support that people with mental health issues or what HR can do. But some jobs require mental focus and making apocopate decisions.

    Heidi's method is similar to mine. I prefer AI assistance over bots, using a tool that combines prompts, profiles, and AI personas to create cover letters and resumes. I redact personal details for privacy, uploading a document of experiences, skills, or achievements for reference. It still requires proofreading, and Grammarly helps refine language and address AI's repetitive tendencies.
