This was only done to reasure people, as the frame broke NEXT to the weld on a severely crashed bike. I've never heard of it happening to anyone, and i suspect it was other manufacturers that spread the rumour. To reduce sales of the k5.
K3 is such a beautiful bike, with clean lines. I saw these grips you have on eBay, I think they have in blue color too. That would be mad. Nice gsxr overall and ride safe!
Real beautiful bike dude. I'm trying to buy one just like that right now. It's real difficult to own a 1000 cc bike in Trinidad. Very expensive and the banks don't finance them. So one has to work real hard to save to get one, but I'm getting there. ✌
This is the perfect bike to learn how to ride a motorcycle. If you can ride a k3 gixxer 1000... u can ride anything. Trust me on this, k3 gixxers are the last of the pure animals.

K5 1000 i think you'll find is Suzuki's best bike.

I wouldn’t throw anyone on a gsxr1000 for their first time on a bike, imagine the whiskey throttle on one of these even in first gear
