Beautiful build love the color scheme, and all the intricate changes you made, super detailed. I’m a fellow sf848 rider awesome bike, but much heavier than my monster 1100 evo. Not sure if I will go to the extent you did I been focusing on my running for weight savings 🤣🤣
Super project you*ve got going here - what's the weight of the bike yet.. ? and in order to replicate, what thickness of carbon sheet's are you using, and more'so you've got a tip to where to buy.. greeting a comming Sf848 rider in DK
Hows that motocomposite airbox any problems and or modifications when installing and is it good quality. I'm thinking about buying the air box but not sure which one to go with?
Thanx for asking. Yupp, there are some more vids about this bike which you will find on my channel. Here you'll find a video dedicated to the evolution of the exhaust. I haven't put the bike on the scale just yet since I'm awaiting a used sub-frame, which I plan to modify into a monoposto sub-frame and then swap with the OEM. This should shave off some kgs. I have a 2012 yellow 848 as well! I like the stock exhaust sound but could be a bit throatier in my opinion. Did you get annoyed too when he said you shouldn't have yellow on any Ducati? Lol
I didn’t listen his opinion about yellow Ducati cause I’m Italian ....I understand 75% of he saying .However that yellow is tribute to Lamborghini. But someone’s opinion who thinks that a chimney is better of original exhaust is not very interesting for me . Try to think the Ducati designers looking at that rain pipe that looks like preindustrial/Victorian stuff 😂

The project is amazing ....but the exhaust not .....come on . I have the yellow 848 one all stock and I love the original exhaust

Weight?
Haven't checked yet. There are still some mods in the pipe that will shave off some more grams. Coming up is a new subframe. Stay tubed.
