About a year and a half ago I was able to do this whole routine non stop. Now I'm only able to hit the 16:21 sec mark. Time to get back to the fundamentals 😅
Update: 2 weeks in an i can not complete the whole work out. Heck yeah! Lets fkn go. Im gonna keep returning twice a week!
