    Damn. Made it as far as 19mins before complete failure (as in couldn't finish reps even on knees)

    Been doing push-ups for around 3 years,that's the hardest workout I've done, only got as far as 23 minutes 😀 respect from Ireland 💚

    About a year and a half ago I was able to do this whole routine non stop. Now I'm only able to hit the 16:21 sec mark. Time to get back to the fundamentals 😅
    Update: 2 weeks in an i can not complete the whole work out. Heck yeah! Lets fkn go. Im gonna keep returning twice a week!

    I’ve been doing 20 minutes home workout with great results for a long time now, perhaps i should push myself to 30 minutes🤔 But how much bodyweight and how much weighted do you do?
