Outstanding! Highly enjoyable. Had to do 30-40% of this on my knees to get full range of motion and keep going throughout. Hit failure right at the end. Definitely one I'll be oming back to!
Hey conor, can you please explain what a caloric deficit is. For instance, is it when you eat less than you burn because it is impossible for me. To burn like 3000 cals a day or is it eating less than your body requires??
Your body requires a certain amount of calories to maintain its weight. A calorie deficit is simply consuming less calories than your body needs to maintain itself. For instance, if your body requires about 2200 calories each day to maintain its weight, you would eat about 1900 or 1800 calories per day to lose weight. Overtime, you will lose more and more weight. You can search up a calorie calculator and put info like your weight and height to find out how much calories you need to maintain your weight.
@@ultraproboy2754 Not all in one day. After being in a calorie deficit each day, it will all add up and eventually you will see major results in how much weight you've lost. It may take a while, but that's just the process of losing weight.
