Hey Man...I don't know if you remember me...But I started watching your Videos and doing routines 6 days a week..You Probably remember me when I said I am 15...Well I have improved a lot...For the past 2 months I started seeing very great improvements. Like Man my 6 pack abs are forming...I am becoming a little bit bigger in the chest. Arms. and shoulders. I gotta thank you so much for helping me get through this quarantine. Lol without a good mindset of getting in shape and without your vids I will still be skinny as hell lmao. Again thank you so much for your help and your videos moving me to become very strong...I turn 16 in December and My goal is to get a little bit bigger and have my 6 pack fully strengthened. -Evans

Thank You Conor for all your workouts. I love that they are strength focused. I usually do 30 minutes of your workouts followed by a 30 cardio workout. As I have heard you say there are so many cardio focused workouts on UA-cam but very few strength ones. So glad I found you.

Just found out about this channel. really digging the calisthenics focus. I've done 500 push ups in a workout before, but nothing like this with the crazy amounts of variation and low rest intervals. Once I complete this I'll be a happy camper! Update: Did the workout, and yeah, 3 days of rest instead of 2 lmaoo.

I only got up to 19 and most of it was on my knees! That took me 30 minutes and my muscles have hit failure. Very cool and fun challenge. Would you recommend I do 5 reps next time and try to get through more or stick to 10 reps on each one? 🤔

I did it and I know for sure 491 was perfect BUT I didn't do them in 30 minutes it was more like 57 minutes. I'll be back again... I think I'm sticking with the WARRIOR Conor Sloan from now 5.11 until August.
Hi I love push ups but stopped doing them 3 months ago as I'm doing a 3 day a week powerlifting programme and there's no push ups on it question the program has me doing bench press 3 x a week could I also add in push ups or do them on alternate days or would that be too much cheers in advance

I would definitely recommend to add push ups into their routine. I personally perform push ups everyday on top of my strength sessions
