I've been listening to Jamiroquai for 20 years. I've never been sick of their live performances. Sublime art.
I've been listening to them for 29 years and it never gets old
@@ginge7945 31 now and still going too. However, I only really listen to the Zender era stuff... (last watched them live in 1998)
@@bloophero mate the past year I've only been listening to the pre 99 jamiroquai, they we're far far better when zender was there. They ain't nowhere near that standard now
@@ginge7945 I recently saw (for the first time) the conference, I think it was in Argentina, where Jay explains why Zender was kicked out (I think it was one of the Synkronized album launches). It's very sad. I just wished he'd had a jolly good talking to and the band could have forgiven him. However, it looked very much like they'd all had enough. Having watched Zender in other things, it's clear he's on some kind of (let's say genius) spectrum, which can be a tad volatile and wearing. But still.. GAH! What a waste of talent!
@@bloophero I think there was more to it than just what got said in that conference but whatever the real reasons it's unfortunate he left. Man I miss the old jamiroquai they were truly fantastic
Scam is totally one of the best songs of Jamiroquai. That melody is so damn good
Tune was made off the song Do that Dance, Nachtwerk 93 & Astoria live version is the best if you can find it

i lived in the hague in that year. we went to the mineral beurs in the same building. he is in his place here. later rotterdam stole the north sea jazz festival. but it belongs in the hague.

yes terrible sound. Ebisu, Tokyou 1995 is almost identical set much better mixed and a lot more punch in the bass and you can hear the guitar etc etc

In fact it was just streamed yesterday on the North Sea Jazz official site. 🤫
The audio is no good. Rythm section too low. Stuart Zender too low and drums almost don't exist. Tons of EQ to correct for this.
