Sterilizing Bottles and Breast Pump Parts

Here's one way to sterilize your bottles and breast pump parts:
Step 1 - thoroughly wash everything in warm soapy water. Use a different basin than the one you wash your dishes in!
Step 2 - boil some water.
Step 3 - place all the items in the boiling water and let them sit for at least 5 min.
Step 4 - use clean tongs to remove items from the boiling water.
Step 5 - let everything air dry and cool on a clean paper towel. Avoid dish towels because they can carry germs!
