XPulse 200 Quickshift Racing Exhaust: Only 2.5 Kg And Sounds Freakin' Awesome

- This video details the installation and sound of Quickshift Racing, which, in my opinion, is the best full system exhaust available in India for the Hero XPulse 200.

I have used this exhaust for a couple of months now (this video was shot on February 10, 2021), and can easily say this is the best sounding exhaust I have heard on the XPulse so far. I can't really tell you about the difference in power, since my motorcycle has seen tremendous changes since this video was first shot.

This exhaust system was actually made for the BSIV Hero Xpulse. The heat shield on the BSVI Hero Xpulse is shorter than the one that came on the BSIV Xpulse. Hence, the bolts are located farther on the header.
Given the price of the exhaust, they should have made a specific header for the BSVI Xpulse which can accommodate the O2 sensor, and the heat shield.
You can buy BSIV Xpulse's brake reservoir and other components if the current setup is hindering the braking performance.
This exhaust looks so organic on the bike as if it was meant to be😍

The BS4 heat shield will be a direct fit on the bolts provided, I think. Cheers !!! 👍 Loved the sound.

You don't know how safe that bend is...but the engineers who had designed it they know very well

Last Sunday a mate went in a ditch while doing bit of Dirt work on the X. The bike landed on him, exhaust side.

You can now add the bs4 bash plate and heat shield, the stock heat shield is not meant to be fixed there. Hope this helps :)

You can make a laser cut protective shield for the oil reservoir.
Try checking Motowing exhaust for xpulse.

Bro that heat shield bolts are made for bs4 exhaust's heat shield.. basically that exhaust is designed for bs4 version..

Try motowings exhaust....they provide a full kit....and the owner....he provides a lifetime warranty ( for rust issues) on the exhaust. Anyways Cheers mate!! Ride safe

Shouldn't you guys have cleaned the area around the engine exhaust before the swap? couldn't the debris get in the engine this way of yours?
I felt Motowings sounds much better. Had a question, since you removed the cat converter, how will you be able to clear the emission test?
Won't.
Awesome! Does the ECU need to be remapped or is the stock ECU able to adjust the fuelling without manual input ? Asking as the FFE will allow for much lower backpressure & different O2 readings too, most stock bike ECUs that I know of, doesn’t do a great job automatically.
Also don’t worry about the brake fluid, it’s far enough from the exhaust pipe.
Stock ECU works fine with this exhaust. Just a little bit of mild popping here and there.
@@abhinavbhatt Nice, you might want to check if it's sending too much fuel that's not fully igniting inside the engine but then getting ignitied in the exhaust resulting in the pops.

@@abhinavbhatt means some dimensions of the part that you have made custom and a video of whether the oil chambers fits well or not on heavy bumbs and from where on can get same part online on on order through call that might be heaktik task to do and lots of time will required for this
We just made a small L clamp to fit the fluid reservoir. Very easy to do. Anyone can. And it is working fine. No issues.

Some serious jugaad going on to fit that exhaust bro.!! The rear brake reservoir being the most important issue...Maybe you could've looked for some other exhausts that fit the bs6 model exactly,no ?🤔
I wanted the lightest and this also provides better ground clearance. Small fitting niggles aside, it really is the best at what it is intended to do.

Bro mount a plate on the mounts available in the pipes. Then mount the heat shield on the plate.
Quick fix.
Also use a free flow( unrestricted) air-filter for better air flow to the engine cuz now u have a free flow exhaust
