Looks amazing with the taller suspension and the mods. I wish to mod an Xpulse into a SuperMoto style someday (similar aesthetic to your bike but with a smaller front wheel and street tyres)

I have a doubt in front fork settings. As per my understanding compression takes all the impacts from the road and rebound helps to retrieve the suspension back to its resting place. Does these suspension gives uneven riding feeling ?
I have ridden bikes with one side fork oil seal broken.
Your understanding is correct. The suspension has a slight uneven feeling but I feel that is due to lack of quality control. I feel the oil level in both the forks is not even. But need to check it.

2. how to protect the rear shock from a rear wheel splash of mud?
3. in a recent video u made a swap to change the footpeg position , how may this affect if i want to keep the kick starter

That's what my sources say.
@@abhinavbhatt Cool, Hero is not usually known for bringing major engine changes as such though. These 200cc ones were from the Honda Unicorn architecture which they used right from the Hunk to now having it overbored on the X series of bikes.
Great explanation! I had ordered bash plate and heat guard at Hero, but it has taken for ever. When running Map 3 on the ECU, does yours pop as well?
I went directly to Map 4 from 1. Slight popping and an unstable idle.

This xpulse looks become hardcore trail riding, superb build. by the way can you explain how you managed the whole back section of the bike, i mean the tail tidy and mudguard section, is there any contact or link, may you please provide!!... actually i can't manage the stock mudguard which comes with a seat lock.

Can u plz make a video for existing bs6 owners. Can 2v head modify to 4v head? If yes is that mod. Complicated & sensible. 4v has updated gear ratios(Tall 1,4,5 & short 2,3) can such mod. Is also possible & sensible or just rear karizma sproc. Swap is best to avoid complications. Ur video will be beneficial to so many 2v owners coz everyone cant afford new bike esp. If one has purchased recently

The big metal plate from which the exhaust hangs off of, you can you that as an anchoring point for a top rack.........
I don't intend to use this bike for any long distance so luggage rack not really a priority for me.

It can be used as a daily, I feel.. I haven't yet though. I only ride Sundays.
Now that 4v media reviews r out, its clear that due to gearing changes accleration & roll ons have improved. I think existing 2v owners can get similar result by swapping karizma sprocket. Is it direct fit? What alterations do we need? Fr eg. Adding chain link etc. Also r u planning mod. Wid 4v head?
Yeah, gearing changes will neutralise any acceleration gains. 4V is a lot smoother though, I feel, based on a very small ride on one.
Brother you are trying to make a 4 stroke bike into a 2 stroke with all those engine mods , you should take a test ride of 2 stroke in future you may get more ideas for some mods , it may clear out what engine mods can help and what are not needed

Sir kindly let me know the possibilities of fixing the exhaust in 200T BS6 , only the exhaust without changing the bend tube & also swapping the K&N filter in the placing of original.. just wanna do it increase the overall performance (to increase top speed too), M not into rallying ,just of touring purpose, any suggestion from u also welcome. No ground clearance, limited suspension travel. I wanted a dirt/Enduro/dual sport kinda bike.
