Where is the workshop located and there is no duplicates in Motowing right?
When I got the exhaust.. then bend pipe was not in the right angle. I had to put it in a vice and get it slight bent outwards, so it fit the exhaust port and no need for copper gasket. But then the exhaust was too loud. So I sent it back and they promptly reduced the decibel level. So when I cruise now.. it’s almost indiscernible in the ambient traffic noise. And at full rpm also it not loud. It has now got its own pops and bangs which are very sweet, and not like the retarded Royal Enfield chappris. Mileage has gone up, and pick up has increased. Why mileage is better is because the throttle input is minimum. The exhaust is loud for the rider because the sound resonates inside the helmet. Outside it is fine. Going to get a Uni Airfilter to compliment the exhaust and hope that the stock ecu is able to adjust to it. BTW I did the complete installation by my self.

Which is the best time period to change an aftermarket exhaust
At what kilometre and after which service..?
Iam planning to install this exhaust on my bike but iam worry about the new engine.
I am not a professional mechanic, this is not my advice, just a thought process and knowledge I acquired through my own research.
Run the stock for about 3000 kms, and then switch. There are people who change it in the beginning itself.
But until you complete first few free services to gain that warranty benefits, run the stock.
Motowings is particularly designed for the stock ecu map of factory xpulse and no need to remap. So you don't have to worry about damaging engine components.(is what the manufacturer said)
If you are going for someother exhaust then the air fuel mixture should be adjusted by Ecu remapping. This will help your engine to perform well without any issues.

I did it immediately after 1st service. No issues whatsoever. Infact the bike gets used to it in the next 1000 kms
Y xpulse 200 4v is coming jerk problem it's basic bcoz I got lots of xpulse now a days the jerk problem and the service centre also not provide the solution yet ....
Many face this issue, try riding with above minimum level petrol, I mean more than just a point of the fuel. It was suggested by the advisor @hero .
Had similar issue on my rally edition turned out to be a faulty plug

I just wanted to know is there any discomfort for the pillion rider as the exhaust sits right under the right high.
Plus, does that exhaust cover gets hot or not?
There's no overheating on the exhaust cover but there might be slight discomfort for the pillion as the exhaust note is a little unusual.
@@guruvishnu22 So, apart from the unusual sound there won't be any problem for the pillion regarding the heat, right?
What about the accidental touch on or around the exhaust?
@@yashrides I have tested it myself, touching it consciously after a 40 mins ride, it didn't felt that hot tbh. It looks like it can send out lot of heat but in reality it is not that bad.

I don't think this particular exhaust matches gs310 but Motowings do manufacture on custom orders. try contacting them about the same.

I'm not sure about it, firstly there's less chances for the rain water to get inside, even if it does the exhaust air will blow it out in no time I mean when the bike is running it cannot even enter the exhaust. It blows like a leaf blower 😂
Yes there is a possibility of water entering when parked for longer period. On my rides I carry a silicon plug for the same and while washing too

Yes

Not anywhere in India, but can be used on off-road trails or closed tracks.

No it's not road legal. Majority of the aftermarket exhausts aren't road legal.
Can 3 people able to sit on x pulse?
Yes, but it depends on how much each of them weigh.
Because you shouldn't load the bike beyond 130-150 kgs which is considered as overload.(it affects acceleration)

Don't take this bike very poor build quality. There is no quality for paint and equipments used in it .😢😢 and also so many problem on meter side.very pathetic bluetooth connectivity. Now I am looking for sell my bike.
