      For FI ECU tuning not needed since this is a mild change, Air fuel mixture ratio adjust automatically..

    Hi, liked your style of removing the cadlac converter. How does this enhance the performance of the bike?

    • @ManojOrbit
      @ManojOrbit 3 роки тому +1

      Definitely yes,
      But not by a huge margin.
      Catcon is a restriction on your Exhaust by removing it you get a easy flow of gases.
      Expect quicker revs and slightly better throttle response.

    • @ManojOrbit

      Not sure of how bajaj makes their Exhausts. Chamber order may also get shuffled but most OEM mufflers use reverse flow sound cancellation

  • @blackpanther6324
    @blackpanther6324 3 роки тому

    Bro there is a rubber direction control under the seat which directs air flow to filter chamber , try to remove it and see the engine performance and exhaust note will change. Make a video on that as well. Its a simple hack that doesn't affect fuel efficiency or anything but u get little more power. I did it on my pulsar 150 so far I'm getting good feedback i rode almost 40k kms removing the rubber direction controler ( i exactly dono what its named) try on xpulse and do leve feedback.

    Hey bro, offtopic question.
    If we order luggage rack from Project83X for Xpulse 200, will i be able to directly fit the studds top case? If yes this would be the cheapest option as the luggage rack costs just 850rs and Studds top case 1250 rs.
    I contacted Project83x about it and they said it can fit the studds top case on it directly but i am unsure about their claim

    • @jaf_007

    • @ManojOrbit
      @ManojOrbit 3 роки тому

      We are improving the overall flow of the exhaust. By removing the restriction.
      Too much free flow will impact the mileage.
      Expect 1 or 2 kmpl extra cuz of the catcon removal

  • @technicalmalayali7362
    @technicalmalayali7362 3 роки тому

    what about emission ? whatever you do, the TR is still shit with the CV carb. if you really don't care about the PUC , which is clear from the cat delete, go for a round slide or flatslide. also try a pumper carburetor from the old gen CBZ. don't know whether it will be a direct fit, but it's nothing you can't do as you have DIYd the cat delete.

    Hi nanba, which is value for money. I'm 5.10, 75-80 kg, had karizma4 yrs bck, currently using activa and really waited for xpulse so long, so taken test drive and then booked. All of a sudden the 2021 rtr 2004v was launched so i was confused and booked that as well. I love both xpulse and apache ride quality but I'm still confused like which is the most value for money bike. Xpulse for 1.3 or apache for 1.5. Any idea? I'm 40 kms away from city and will commute daily for 60+ kms, the road is kinda offroad with lots of potholes and speed brakers and also i drive a bit aggressive usually. So which you'd recommend..!
