Really needed these stretches. When I do lizard pose my front foot rolls to the outside, it's not flat like yours, is that wrong? Also when you do the twists from lizard and bend the back leg up, it hurts my boney knees too much, so I just stayed in lizard. Challenging and enjoyable stretches. Thanks again
No that’s perfectly fine! When doing the quad stretch try laying a little bit above your knee and not directly on the kneecap 🙏🏾
