thank you so much for your valuable time to comment, we are doing this to attempt ashwa sanchalan position for both leg : explanation for the same is in suryanamaskar 4th and 9th position is ashwa sanchalan and when we take same leg we can attempt ashwa sanchalan for both side… and when we try according to you then ashwa sanchalan position won’t happen for both leg
