The Hyundai I10 is a great little car, you can pick them up cheap, they sell easy and they never come back! But, they do have a few common faults and i'm showing you how to fix the biggest one today.

I had to sell my 2011 i10 it had done 93000 miles but reason i sold it was i had an accident where a person hit it in the side and it became Cat N , the surprising thing was even though it was Cat N no damages to the engine or mechanical components , it just needs a new door and drivers wing , anyway i sold it for a grand and bought a 2013 Fiat 500 for £3 grand nothing but trouble since ive bought the Fiat , had to pay £800 for new clutch and a gearbox bearing to be replaced ! and now im wanting to sell it and get another i10 , the funniest thing is the i10 was quicker to 60mph around 10.8 secs where as the 500 i have now takes 12.9 secs to 60mph so yeah i messed up listening to my heart over my head.

Sounds like a steep bill for a clutch on one of them though.

The most common fault I find on the i10 and Kia Picanto is the clutch pedal biting very low down. I have passed up loads of them at auction because of this. Do you know if there is an adjustment on them or is it a new clutch?
Never had one with a bad clutch, I often get Kia’s in with the low bite point in fact I have one now that will be an the channel soon with that very fault

@@cardealersdiary I worked for them for 14 years and toured there main factory in Ulsan had an awesome in Korea all paid for by the company on my second Hyundai love them . Keep the videos coming love them missing Charlie . Hope hes doing well .
