The springs are different but are the shocks the same for the rubicon diesel vs gas? I was gifted a new takeoff fox shock set from a buddy with a eco diesel however I have the gas version google isn’t much help lol.
@@rubberduckoffroadgarage will do! Swap is on Tuesday I have the diesel springs too but I am not getting good answers to compatibility. I figured the diesel springs would remove the rake but it’s a gamble so I may just do the shocks.
They help a little with the ride. You would probably notice more of a change with a gas engine. The reason I put them on is they are a better shock then the stock ones.
My 22 willys ecodiesel came stock with rubicon shocks.
I just put Fox shocks on a 2020 Overland and I can tell the difference.👍🏻

I think the shocks are the same. The one's I got are from a gas engine. You could always call the dealer and get a part number and check it.
Honestly if you put gas on a diesel and liked the results there should be no issues with the reverse of that. Thanks for the response!
@@prestigevending15 Your welcome. Let me know if you feel a difference. I didn't notice that big of a change.

If the shocks you got from the ecodiesel are red, they're rubicon shocks.
Did the shocks help the ride quality at all?

21 Mojave front shocks being replaced under warranty, terrible creaking noise. Very disappointed
