Levi, let me tell you, I desperately needed this unit after returning home after Hurricane Milton. I was without power for five days. Hot and humid. No way to keep phones charged. This would have made my life much more bearable being able to pop a bottle of water in the fridge and heat up a cup of coffee.
thoughtful. this small, i say sleep downstairs, storage up. moving toilet to exterior makes sense. even pumping water seems superfluous, at this scale, one could move gallon jugs around. awesome job, truly.
I love it. One thing I would change....I would have made the bench with a hinged board and legs that drop down, so that it can fold out to a double bed. Then use the upper area for storage space with half the width (so you can get to it easier and get around better... and with a ladder that can be attached, for storage. It would also be cool to make a tent extension that can be attached by velcro or something like that. That way you could shower and use the toilet in privacy and also have a place to eat and change your clothes, etc. I turn a lot in bed..I would fall off of that upper bed for sure.
The extension idea is a pretty good one. If he had something like that up top he could extend the bed length out. That would be my biggest issue with something like this. But all this gives me some great ideas if I ever decide to make a tiny house on my 4x8 trailer. :D

You could always install a roped hanging ladder that comes down from ceiling or bed somehow to have access to the bed. Love how tiny and functional you made it!
once set up you could easily add a waterproof tarp around the shower and put the camode in the tent *poof* pop up bathroom, add one or two of those wooden floors for the shower and for the ladies a lil foldable vanity. in warm weather, i could live in it. Love it!!
What if you make the drop-down bed bi-fold, with a roll-out mattress? Install some pop-out dowling sticks or hinged metal prongs on the wall beside of the door, so you can use them as footholds to stand on as you drop the sleeping platform and then flip down the extension - it will still fit nicely into the wooden brackets on either side. Roll out your mattress and Bob's your uncle. Heck, Bob could even sleep over if the bench was bi-fold, too - then this truly tiny home sleeps two!

@@hwiley8141 I agree with both of you. Storage space is lacking and you would need a separate way of transporting everything else. I like people's suggestions on having a pop-out tent like structure to use for the shower area and put the toilet there for privacy.
Hi Levi your micro-house is beautifull. Have an ideas on a design upgrads of your shower, toilet, table, extra watter haulage, energy saving on your hot watter and outside awning A) Shower privacy: In todays variant it does not offer a much of privacy. You can take an "U" shaped pipe, rod or wire, add some connector "holes" to slide in on your house, roughly in the height of your shoulders and use the shaped metal as a railing for plastiq sheet (preferably coloured to not be see-thru) Only other point you will need to solve in your shower is dump ground you standing in changing into mud. The easiest solution is to have something like a fat plank, or something like small palet, what allows the water to go through down, or at least on the surface around and down and keeps your feet well over the mud. B) toilet privacy (2 alternatives): 1) Same system of "curtain" (can be used EXACTLY the same spot and hardware) as for shower. Smell and bussiness out, but no-one sees you and for the sound, you can use rock and roll specials... :D 2) Alternatively, you can use the cover, used in history by ladies for changing their cloths, when not alone in the room. Basically number of plank-like desks - usually with paper filling to make it lighter - with hinges, wich allows the whole contraption to be STANDED "around" some area (in this case around your throne). C) You can haul extra water,: by using the area between your lower bed and oposite wall. Could fit a number of jerry-cans, or few conveniently sized barrells, or (even more convenient) plastiq watter bag Enlarges your watter supply roughly 3 times. D) Saving energy: You can save some energy for watter heating, if you use black-coated vessel (jerrycan, barrell or plastiq bag), to use solar energy, to heat your shower watter, instead your battery supply. Simply suspend the vessel on the sun, over the shower area, cover it with penetrated cover and tilt the vessel downard facing by the cover. E) Awning over the outside seating: Awning is lightweight and usually pretty easy to setup (especially in comparison to the rest of the house). Pick one of the outside walls (preferably with no window and long) to screw your awning to, decide its lenght (usually not longer than wide) and proceed. Outside seating in a shade when sun is burning and under cover when it rains, has its perks. Especially, if you have some kind of "roof" over your door, so you can go from under the awning inside and back, even if it rains a bit.
This is so cute. Please think of something around the shower for privacy and I would sleep on the bench by the entrance and use the space above where the other bed is for storage.
I love it!! Excellent job. I love the shower placement (no humidity inside to deal with). You've combined the best of what you've seen in your travels. I'm planning on a tiny space on land outside of town for weekend or just plain fun. Love the toilet idea too. You've given me confidence and inspiration to do it!! I think I'll use a pull out somehow on the main floor instead of the overhead bed. Also great for a guest house for the weekend. Bravo!!
Perfect for a weekend! Your guest could have their own space to get away and have some private time. As someone who gets overwhelmed when I am staying somewhere and I can't get away from everyone for a minute I'd love if someone had this to offer me as a guest space!
Just left off internet and entertainment, but pretty much, yeah. I'd recommend putting a retractable awning on it so you get the feel of another room plus possible outdoor bathroom
Hey Levi,.I hope that you're having a great day! You have done an amazing job on building your worlds smallest tiny home!I would have to say buying the trailer and all the materials I would have to say you're looking at 6000.00 dollars to 7200.00 dollars. I like how you made it where every bit of space is functionable and there is no wasted space. Thank you for sharing and showing us your 19.46 square foot tiny house! I hope that you and your family make great memories with the worlds smallest tiny home! Your fan Leonard from North Carolina.
Congrats! 🎉I absolutely love it. Amazingly, you incorporated so many comfort features-that refrigerator is adorable, plus heat and air. And, your total cost blew me away. I can't get over it. It's genius!
The layout is similar to an extendable, motorized bike camper. Of course they weigh a lot less 😅 But I love your "all-inclusive" set-up with heater/ac, hot water and a toilet. It's great to see what's possible in such a small space!
The design issue with the narrow entry to loft bed could be solved by having part of the bed base fold down, with a few inset and fold out steps incorporated in base, mattress could be split to allow it to stack out of the way until youre up there. Love this, every family home should have one😂❤❤❤
What I love about this is not that it's really liveable, because it wasn't designed to be. I love that it shows what you can achieve in really small spaces with a little ingenuity. It's like an answer to a rhetorical question, but with real world usefulness. Bravo!
my favorite kind of content, i imagine living in it and the cozy feeling it gives me... something about tiny functional houses just feels like a pat on the back and a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making this, you deserve much more views
Lol when we were kids, we had a tiny camper and it’s a family of five. My brother had to sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor, which was OK unless somebody had to get up and go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Love your build.

Congratulations!! It's got everything, SO cute & well-built! Don't know where u get the time & energy to build this (in only a month!) along with all else u do😮 but extremely inspiring❤ Many thanks for showing us all how it's done
Considering the size, it's really nice and great for camping/traveling long distances. The only suggestion I have is to find a way to put up a privacy curtain or something on the outside for showering and going to the bathroom. Also, maybe add a few steps up to the bed so you don't have to put your feet on where you prep your food.
Poop tent ☺️ awsome idea, this could help a lot of people, from homeless to people after certain disasters... Even me if my wife throws me out of house 😅
Thanks for the inspiration! I've been thinking about something like this for quite some time. With some cost savings on various materials and equipment I'm sure I could do a similar job for half the price and it would look and function about the same. Trailers can be a bother but small ones tow easily!
Wow. Very well designed, for what it is. I liked someone's comment about having the bench fold into a bed and the loft be a bit narrower and higher for storage. SUPER cool though XD
Well-done! Perfect for camping. Having built 100's of tiny homes, full-time living (or extended stays) will need more square feet. We love the concept and ideas.
A mobile home would be better. This is way too tiny to help homeless people snd there's no indoor toilet/shower. It's an interesting build, but it is more like a playhouse for kids.
That’s a good question. I will defer to the builder to answer that one for you. But I like the fact that essentially a person can have all their needs met in such a small design regardless of the answer to your question. 😇
That's really cool. I think for myself I would make the bench slide out to make the bed and change the top part for storage. You did a great job. This is perfect for someone with a child to go camping in. I hope you and your son have a lot of fun using this
This is actually the average house size in Europe But seriously, incredible build. You could even fill the spot in front of the seat with an inflatable and have 2 whole beds. It's wild how little we really need to live. Beautiful little home
These would be perfect for the homeless to help get back on their feet. A way to shower, sleep and a place to make coffee and a one pot meal. Love the various types of wood you used. Tiny curtains might be an option as well. ❤
In this political climate, this would be a wonderful back up for survival shelter in case we end up living off grid! This could be customized for individual needs. Personally I'd use the upper space as cabinetry for food, clothing and medical supplies. Create a fold out bed with memory foam cushions that could be reverted back to a sofa during the day. Add a little fold down table to eat, use a laptop or watch movies on a wall mount tv. The possibilites are endless. Enjoying this with your family as a backyard camper is a kewl idea! Thanks for sharing!

This is one of the coolest tiny homes I've ever seen!
once set up you could easily add a waterproof tarp around the shower and put the camode in the tent *poof* pop up bathroom, add one or two of those wooden floors for the shower and for the ladies a lil foldable vanity. in warm weather, i could live in it.
So very impressed young man. I can tell you worked hard on this and I really love you and Weston "camping" together. My 5 year old grandson loved it too lol. He wants one now 😊. Keep up the great work. You and your family are in my prayers. 😊😊
That is a big land for such a small house 😂 0:20
Little John's Dream 😊
Dang, that really impressed me. How would one of those net beds work?? Brilliant, just Brilliant, Levi!
This is so crazy. Levi’s mind is incredible!! Bravo! Love all the different woods!!
The bench could convert to a bed if you added a pullout slat system and used a back cushion that flipped down.
👍👍
Yep. I am too old for that be, but i would convert bench to bed and use bed area for storage.
@@hwiley8141 I agree with both of you. Storage space is lacking and you would need a separate way of transporting everything else. I like people's suggestions on having a pop-out tent like structure to use for the shower area and put the toilet there for privacy.
And if the bench was a bed. You could put the potty in at night for use.
Hi Levi your micro-house is beautifull.
Have an ideas on a design upgrads of your shower, toilet, table, extra watter haulage, energy saving on your hot watter and outside awning
A) Shower privacy:
In todays variant it does not offer a much of privacy.
B) toilet privacy (2 alternatives):
1) Same system of "curtain" (can be used EXACTLY the same spot and hardware) as for shower. Smell and bussiness out, but no-one sees you and for the sound, you can use rock and roll specials... :D
2) Alternatively, you can use the cover, used in history by ladies for changing their cloths, when not alone in the room. Basically number of plank-like desks - usually with paper filling to make it lighter - with hinges, wich allows the whole contraption to be STANDED "around" some area (in this case around your throne).
C) You can haul extra water,:
by using the area between your lower bed and oposite wall. Could fit a number of jerry-cans, or few conveniently sized barrells, or (even more convenient) plastiq watter bag Enlarges your watter supply roughly 3 times.
D) Saving energy:
You can save some energy for watter heating, if you use black-coated vessel (jerrycan, barrell or plastiq bag), to use solar energy, to heat your shower watter, instead your battery supply. Simply suspend the vessel on the sun, over the shower area, cover it with penetrated cover and tilt the vessel downard facing by the cover.
E) Awning over the outside seating:
Awning is lightweight and usually pretty easy to setup (especially in comparison to the rest of the house).
Please think of something around the shower for privacy and I would sleep on the bench by the entrance and use the space above where the other bed is for storage.
i think the bench is not long enough as there is the kitchen counter at the end
This is something that can be used for all the homeless people from the hurricanes and tornadoes victims
Pretty sure FEMA won't pay for this rig
Люблю, коли розумні люди мають ще й золоті руки. Браво! 💛💙
What a wonderful expression. Bravo indeed!
Bravo!!
OMG .. if I were a guest and someone offered me this I would be so offended! Lol
Perfect for a weekend! Your guest could have their own space to get away and have some private time. As someone who gets overwhelmed when I am staying somewhere and I can't get away from everyone for a minute I'd love if someone had this to offer me as a guest space!
i just need this in life. the only house i can afford
You built the greatest “fort” a growing boy could ask for. Good on you, Dad!
I really enjoy your vids.
Brilliant, now you can rent it out on your property and put in on airbnb! Brilliant!
You Rock Levi!
Excuse me, are you the host of the Airb&b? Yes. I’m looking for the place and I only see an outhouse in the back. Um sir, that IS the place!
Very beautiful. I would prefer to extend the bench though to sleep downstairs. But it’s a very well thought through house.
The people who lost their homes in Lahaina would have loved to have had this at this cost🙌🏼
The layout is similar to an extendable, motorized bike camper. Of course they weigh a lot less 😅 But I love your "all-inclusive" set-up with heater/ac, hot water and a toilet. It's great to see what's possible in such a small space!
This is so clever!! Well done 👏
I’m actually impressed Levi great job
The design issue with the narrow entry to loft bed could be solved by having part of the bed base fold down, with a few inset and fold out steps incorporated in base, mattress could be split to allow it to stack out of the way until youre up there.
Love this, every family home should have one😂❤❤❤
I guessed perfectly, i said $5000! Great job Levi!
This could do allot for the homeless.
If no one tried to strip it down to just firewood or if the homeless didn't vandalized it as well
@@H37P5kY57If you change the material but kept the same basic plan it could work
Yeah, no. Communal living is the key to affordable living. Not a 5k uncomfortable box.
@@nullobject7966 True, larger prefab tiny homes set up in a neighborhood type of environment have already shown promise.
@@nullobject7966 Some people live in their cars so this could already be an upgrade.
You've outdone yourself. This place is awesome. I wouldn't mind staying in there. You really did a great job.❤❤❤❤❤
This tiny house is really amazing and beautiful! Congratulations Levi! 🎉🎉🎉
I just watched the video where you built this and I am super impressed! You really did put in the blood, sweat and tears into it. Seeing Weston help was wonderful. You really did an amazing job!! Keep the videos coming my friend!! God bless you and your family 😊
This is genius and highly creative! If I owned this, I would travel all over! Love it!!
Congratulations!! It's got everything, SO cute & well-built! Don't know where u get the time & energy to build this (in only a month!) along with all else u do😮 but extremely inspiring❤ Many thanks for showing us all how it's done
Levi let me tell you how heavenly place you have ❤❤
Just pure heaven
Considering the size, it's really nice and great for camping/traveling long distances. The only suggestion I have is to find a way to put up a privacy curtain or something on the outside for showering and going to the bathroom. Also, maybe add a few steps up to the bed so you don't have to put your feet on where you prep your food.
genius to make the shower and toilet outside. all you need is a pop tent to keep yourself private
Poop tent ☺️ awsome idea, this could help a lot of people, from homeless to people after certain disasters... Even me if my wife throws me out of house 😅
I agree and I think quite a few viewers have made similar comments along with the bed situation which is not quite right and not the best design
Come on Donna, let it all hang out !
OMG! This is an awesome build for $5k. Very clever placement for the toilet.
$5k of parts, no one's going to spend X amount of days to build it for free
2x2 minecraft house irl
Inside look begins at 03:28
Thanks for the inspiration!
$5000 ! I Guessed it right... b4 u said it. Very nice build! Your one of my favorite Tiny houses & AB&B's
i guessed 5000. wow! looks awesome love from St Lucia
Well-done! Perfect for camping. Having built 100's of tiny homes, full-time living (or extended stays) will need more square feet. We love the concept and ideas.
I recommend curtains for the windows
The second most anticipated video of 2024. Nice work!
This is craaaazy! So well done man!
Great idea...for emergency..homeless..ect..well done...outstanding
A mobile home would be better. This is way too tiny to help homeless people snd there's no indoor toilet/shower. It's an interesting build, but it is more like a playhouse for kids.
That’s a good question. I will defer to the builder to answer that one for you. But I like the fact that essentially a person can have all their needs met in such a small design regardless of the answer to your question. 😇
That's really cool. I think for myself I would make the bench slide out to make the bed and change the top part for storage. You did a great job. This is perfect for someone with a child to go camping in. I hope you and your son have a lot of fun using this
This is actually the average house size in Europe
But seriously, incredible build. You could even fill the spot in front of the seat with an inflatable and have 2 whole beds. It's wild how little we really need to live. Beautiful little home
My 15 yr old granddaughter would love this
I love love love your tiny house ❣️
I could actually sleep on the bench❣️You are amazing ❣️
What an awesome build! Major kudos for this ingenious tiny home! 😉👍
Great job! I'm truly impressed. I want one at the beach!
I love it Levi. You have inspired me and my husband to attempt to make one. We may use a utility trailer though.😊
wow that's so nice🎉 3:36
9:08 love the bug crawling up the sink cabinet door lol
No bug at that point
No bug
These would be perfect for the homeless to help get back on their feet. A way to shower, sleep and a place to make coffee and a one pot meal. Love the various types of wood you used. Tiny curtains might be an option as well. ❤
Back on their feet? Most wouldn’t even bother to get an apartment, homeless or not lol
They’d never leave. Perfect “hot box”
Very Inventive and very well thought out, WOW Nice---- Congratulations ! ((Well Done)) 😲
That is awesome Levi! You are a genius!!!
Epic! I love it. Cool color scheme too
I love it, one thing you should’ve have was making the front window facing the sink larger than the ones on the sides.
Still a master piece!
I would have made the bench wider or able to get wider to sleep downstairs, but I still think you should win!
