To be honest, most lyrics are tongue in cheek/sarcastic..but people not even spot this if you would shove it into their face and take it way too seriously. Also still "blaming" them for Woodstock, because media told them so and the same people have no clue how a disaster that festival was anyways or ride a Zakk Wylde bandwagon because of one interview. 😂

People hate on Fred but don’t forget he was made VP of interscope records. Before the media turned on him the mainstream take was Fred is everything you need in a great frontman as the industry had changed. Voice and ability to sing wasn’t as important as it once was. Instead you needed someone who was polarizing, that was intelligent when dealing with the media and fans. Not to mention Limp Bizkit is proof that 90% of so called fans are band wagon followers. They don’t really have an opinion of their own. They simply listen to whatever the influencers of the era tell them to

Limp bizkit was our KC and the sunshine band !!! I still go back to these songs because they wrote good tunes . It’s like pantera fans were too cool to admit they liked them . People were even embarrassed to be Metallica fans in this time ! No one remembers that . Now everyone is on there D again . Wes is a amazing talent . And Fred has gotten a bad wrap but he can be thanked for Aaron Lewis . The man found stained !! And actually a ton of more acts that everyone still loves . I think they don’t get a lot of credit they deserve for seeming like a phase but it was a awesome phase for music . I got to see Korn limp bizkit incubus ice cube ramestein all in the same night ! Cmon … it was a good time be be young music was life . I miss going to the record stores and shifting through albums and finding those lost gems and discovering new bands . And the excitement of going home and checking it out . That is all lost today !!! Watching the video music awards was awesome . I miss it and I know a lot of people do ! Rushing home to watch TRL was a must 😂. Good times well missed

Wes Borland's artistic genius is easy to miss if you take his playing at face value. The understated simplicity of his playing betrays the effort and craft he pours into each piece of music. You can follow the tabs, but it takes a real artists touch to make the guitar parts come to life. You can smash out the riffs, but you have to pour in the feel to make them dance, and you need an artistic touch and knowledge of gear to get the little soudscapes just right. Wes is a Don.

Funny, I just listened to none lyric versions of limp Bizkit songs yesterday and I realized exactly what you're saying. Today UA-cam recommends your video for me to watch. Pretty damn good inference for an algorithm.

Wes is so influential to me he's a pioneer of artistry both visual and musical, so original n riffs that r as brutal as the cleans are silky n hypnotic, id love to jam with him it's a dream but u never know ..1 day ..
