Another place we like is River Ranch which is down the road a little bit. Definitely out in the middle of nowhere for sure. Lots there are about double at around $130k and up but they have mature trees at least.

What are the daily rates?
@@pauldietrich9199 They start at $49/weekdays & $63/weekends, people we meet at the pool who come often said that the rates double in the winter.
