billy is a keyboard legend. i've seen skynyrd live over a dozen times, & the keys were every bit as impressive as the guitar work. billy gave great balance to the music.
i saw them in Biloxi not long before Billy Powell died. that guy rocked the piano that night...of course they finished with FreeBird and he tore it up with the lead up, etc. a GREAT band, and they all put on a great show that night.
