What's crazy is all the things you mentioned are also free. We let depression consume us for hours, days, months, even years. It's happened to me more times than I can count. And sure enough, if I go on a walk, go to the park and feed the squirrels, do some nature pushups etc, it changes my entire mood around. Great video. 👍
The garbage in processed foods is a huge reason for anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Speaking from experience here. Cut all that out and have had no issues since. That was almost 16 years ago.
It's more than that. I do agree these things help, but when you've lost a lot and try to rebuild but find nothing but snakes, you learn to do for yourself and stay to yourself. The new world mentality is toxic, I miss the 90s where people actually talked. These days, I work, spend time with the family, video games, and train muay thai/grappling. That's the extent of my life.
Great video. I get depressed being in sh! thole NYC. I get to go to Europe twice a year so that helps. When in Europe I enjoy nature. Hard to enjoy nature in the USA because you really need a car. In European countries you don't need a car to get out in nature.
Then consider seeking professional help to determine the cause. Environmental factors like he mentioned are thr first line in terms of depression and anxiety. After that you have psychosocial stressors like work, debt, bad relationships ect (therapy can help those often). Past that you get into neurochemical imbalance which most treat with meds but exercise and balance eating also play an enormous role.
Go to Church worship Jesus, exercise, eat right, and spend quality time with your family. Praay for everyone and pray for and ignore jealous bad people who are down on life at work and hate that you take care of yourself and your family
