I found these in the COVID era too. My first was the 'bye bye bat wings/standing arms no weights'. I'm 58 and these work outs have made a huge difference in my arms. I even do indoor rock climbing now and the younger twenty somethings say I'm strong!! Love you so much Annie! From Bea in Texas.

I was wondering if you would be up for doing some workouts without equipment… I’m going to be on a trip for two weeks without access to a gym and I’d love to still work out but won’t be able to bring weights with me.

Annie…great arms, not bulky.Should I use lightweights or heavy to reduce arm size…. ?Am confused….keep up great work…
I like to do 1 to 2 days heavier weights and 3 days light weights. Don’t be afraid of lifting heavy but I like to switch it up !
I think the lighter weights help to reduce the fat. Heavy weights increase muscle
