1950's Mercedes-Benz 300 d had that same rear torsion bar, leveling motor system. My parents drove Packards- 1941 110 convertible and 1955 Clipper Deluxe. Only as good as your Packard mechanic. Great memories 👍
@@johndeere1951a I'm confident that system was initially designed by the Germans. I'm shocked that it steers so easily without power. My other cars are a challenge to crank around if you're in the driveway but not this Packard.
