This should be grounds for being able to sue quite literally any company that quite literally destroys this as people are chaotically scheduled for different times every day.
@coolvibesonly2914 You're definitely not alone! Kendrick's diss tracks often spark a lot of discussion and bring in listeners from all over. It's fascinating how his music can lead people to explore different topics and artists. What are your thoughts on the diss? 🎤🔥
Yes..... its sad that people are not educated and need someone else to help them with knowledge....... you should of researched this long time ago when you are bored at home or just want to get ahead of others to stand out in society... not be like "is anyone else here from the kendrick diss".... that is so low poor uneducated sadness......smh... man you people are just a waste of air and space
@JxstDae97 Wow, you're up late! 😄 Sometimes the best moments to watch your favorite videos are in the quiet of the night. Hope you're enjoying the content! Don't forget to get some rest soon though - your body will thank you in the morning! 🌙✨
Trying to fix my circadian rhythm unlike other comments of people who were up at night I am trying to prevent myself from taking that tempting afternoon nap 😭
That was the worst for me. If I avoided a nap, Id just get a second wind the second the sun went down. I actually slept much better if I napped, but I think thats more of an anomaly
@@Ryan-qn1wrI find it’s not ideal to sleep in sessions, only person I’m neglecting is myself when I don’t sleep a full 8 hours and it likely carries over to my waking hours behavior and overall mood I’m not sure if I worded that right “waking hours” but I hope somehow my point is getting across. Happy sleeping and sweet dreams ✊🏼🌜🌘
@JaaduOnMeth That’s a brave decision! Prioritizing your health, especially your circadian rhythm, is so important for overall well-being. Adjusting to a new routine can be challenging, but it sounds like you’re taking a positive step for yourself. Wishing you all the best as you find what works for you moving forward! 🌟💪
@onishiro2359 It sounds like your body’s internal clock has adjusted to a late-night routine, making it challenging to feel refreshed with earlier sleep. This can happen when our sleep-wake cycle becomes patterned around specific hours. Gradually shifting your sleep schedule earlier in small increments could help retrain your body to feel more rested, or you can keep your current schedule if it works for you. Just be mindful of getting enough total sleep, as that’s key to feeling energized!
@JimTerry-rw9pv It sounds like you're in a heightened state of awareness, which can happen in the quiet and stillness of night. Sometimes, our minds become more alert when our surroundings are calm, allowing us to notice things we might usually overlook. If you're feeling restless, consider practicing some deep breathing or light relaxation techniques to help ease into a more peaceful state.

Yeah, I'm the opposite, I think conversing with hypocrites , zealots and self righteous people who are toxic and negative is to much, just saying. I'd rather listen to the topics that benefit my being , not lies about people I could care less about.
@PalesaAdams Wah! Circadian rhythm of a shooting star sounds intense! 🌠 But hey, even shooting stars need a break! Thanks for watching and being part of our universe! 😄✨
@RolandoMoss The circadian rhythm is your body’s natural 24-hour cycle that regulates sleep, wakefulness, and other physiological processes. It’s influenced by external cues like light and darkness, helping your body know when it's time to be awake or sleep. Maintaining a regular sleep schedule and exposing yourself to natural light during the day can help keep your circadian rhythm in sync, which in turn improves your overall health and energy levels. 🌞🌙
@Clevelandsteamer324 Yes, cortisol is often referred to as the "stress hormone" because it's released by the adrenal glands during stressful situations. It helps regulate metabolism, immune response, and blood pressure, but prolonged high levels due to chronic stress can lead to various health issues, including anxiety, weight gain, and disrupted sleep patterns. Managing stress through techniques like mindfulness, exercise, and proper nutrition can help regulate cortisol levels.
@Potencyfunction Understanding boundaries can be a challenge for anyone, but with patience and consistent communication, it’s possible to help someone grasp the concept. Gentle reminders, positive reinforcement, and creating a calm, structured environment can work wonders in building awareness over time. Compassion is key! 💛😊
Video might benefit from updating to include how peri menopause and menopause can affect circadian rhythm.
