Was one of those women u mentioned who suffered the consequences of a 'guru' diet and training program. My whole career I trained myself and dud my own nutrition. Did well. As a nIFBB Pro I decided one season to go with a coach. Not only did my body crsp out 3 weeks before my show (literally couldn't stay verticak), but it took about 4 years to recover. Happy to discuss. Right now I'm prepping for the Pro World in Pittsburgh on Sept 3. Feelin great. Thank you is an understatement regarding your work and generous spirit. It is my firm belief u r saving lives🙏❤
Freaking awesome podcast! Stan’s diet & methods make a lot of sense & it’s cool how you are very open to take on information from other experts. It seems like you’re not stuck to one way of thinking & you’re always learning which is cool 👌🏼
Had the pleasure of taking the vertical course in New Mexico this year and it was awesome. Having learned from greats like Charles Poliquin, these guys are definitely ahead of the curve. I’ve been using the vertical approach for the last year and it has definitely positively impacted my health, training, muscle size and quality as well as many health markers improving.
Stan is amazing. I love the vertical diet and it just makes sense. Best part is that it’s not that hard to follow. Highly recommend it to athletes or anyone who wants to improve their performance.
Hey dorian couple questions here Are you or will you put your athlete’s on the vertical diet ? Are you taking on new client ? Congratulations with all your success and merry Christmas
In regards to the 10-minute walks post-meal, I have experimented with it for myself. My blood sugar post-meal could be 150 to 160 and after a 10-minute walk will be back down to 95. Also, perhaps of some interest to Damen and Stan, I have experimented with other forms of cardio post-meal. HIIT, cycling and Rowing, but none reduce my blood sugar as much as simply walking. Walking has been twice as effective
Awesome podcast fellas! I have all my clients eat 25% of carb intake for the day before bed! 50% around workouts 25% the rest of the day! Carbs relax the nervous system!
Man these podcast are great you’ve been doing. learning so much! Thank you Brother! And I don’t know why you don’t have 100,000 views this is quality info.
I wish the people who interviewed Stan would do their homework and watch his previous interviews, read his material and know what he is about before hand. He gets asked the same old tired questions and also they need to let him take the ball and run with it, don't try to interject your own stories--respect his time and knowledge. Thanks
great one! get them back and talk more about sodium, potassium and ratios, especially for enhanced athletes! also, audio is 100% on point this time, nailed it 👊🏼
I'm trying to figure out who is doing all the heavy breathing, I thought it was Stan at first but now I see it's Dorian, might need to use that CPAP my boy
Guthealth is not only bacterias but allso digestion and lack of time between meals means less time to diges, and more pressure on digestion can create less digested food to ferment interannly, it has been stated by healthprofessionals.
How does Dorian look and or maintain such a dark tan during the winter in Canada? Is that spray tan or just natural dark complexion? Good podcast with alot of great information!
Great show. Got some great information even as a vegan. That ten min walk, twice as affective as metformin was a mind blower. Going to def look into that. Most my meals I have to get up and work. Just the last two evening meals I need to take care of. Dog will be happy so wins all round. Big Ups!
This is great information! I have been and still struggle with insulin resistance. Thanks for this information! Do any of you three have programs/work with people who have insulin resistance?
Great podcast… I love the information… But whoever is breathing that hard just sitting there… Needs to get their blood pressure checked and go to the doctor... better safe than sorry 👍👍
Great and awesome; Rinho doesn’t need further words than huge Respect and the industry needs, like the desert for the rain, of unique personalities, so top qualified like him. I got interested about Vertical D.from day one and I suggest EVERYONE to give it a try ( I just add:it will be hard, to come back to previous habits, ‘cause it puts the most in crisis) So thankful DORIAN for your ( usual and last) diggin’ in the ground and doing and awesome job.
@@dorianhamilton1920 I already see kinda a new one in you Dorian; because your approach to a theme, the scientific mindset you have, the liability to be coach ( so to understand for your clients and people around) and the way you pursue the based and proved knowledge about it, makes me be here, after decades, to watch and follow even your steps and wait those days that will mark your full value - as athlete, coach and person - for the whole game today. It take the opportunity to send my best wishes for this Holy Christmas and a superbe 2022(!)💫🌟🎄✨🎆💥👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Everything that is covered here is the real truth! Every second of this video is worth to, so to all people, please don't worry about ''wasiting'' one hour of your day!
Amazing podcast Dorian, I really enjoyed this one! i just wanna make a small suggestion, keep the mic a bit farther from you cause i’m pretty sure it is catching the sound of you breathing.
Was curious if this diet is safe for people with CAD? Recently had a stent placed and on statin meds for genetically high cholesterol. All numbers are good and exercise 4-5 days a week. Just wondering with all the red meat if this is a viable option.
He says the one online is a living document he updates and you get whatever new version that comes out for free after you’ve purchased. It has more on hormonal profiles and I believe it may dig more into competition style training but the paperback book is incredible and along with others I agree he could charge more but Stan is the man and offers it at such a great price.

Stan is the man. The vertical diet in my opinion is the best lifestyle and principles in the industry

I love Dorian’s questions and of course the answers from the gentlemen. Great podcast!

Man I was sleeping 9 hours daily but now when I train hard I get terrible insomnia. Time to deload a bit and destress.
I bought the book a few weeks ago. Game changing book!! Not even expensive, Stan could charge way more for the information he offers in it
Absolutely brilliant just ordered the book 💪🏻
Your going to love it.
There is a dental device you can use if a CPAP doesn't work for you...I got one from the Mayo Clinic

Can someone explain to me WHATS the difference between his $30 dollar book on Amazon vs his $100 dollar 4.0 book on his website
Amazing podcast Dorian, I really enjoyed this one!
i just wanna make a small suggestion, keep the mic a bit farther from you cause i’m pretty sure it is catching the sound of you breathing.
I’ll get that thank you 💪🏼
Was curious if this diet is safe for people with CAD? Recently had a stent placed and on statin meds for genetically high cholesterol. All numbers are good and exercise 4-5 days a week. Just wondering with all the red meat if this is a viable option.
Stan looks a lot like Rich Piana in the face
Justin Harris next
is the vertical diet book on amazon the same as the 3.0 book which is available on his website
Yes his new book is on Amazon and his website! It’s best book on market for nutrition and optimizing performance
He says the one online is a living document he updates and you get whatever new version that comes out for free after you’ve purchased. What’s the difference between the book on Amazon vs on their website?
The e book will have a lot more information and they continue to update. The hard copy is still great!
I feel shitty when I sleep too much 🙄😬 A mid day power nap is helpful however..
Awesome
What has stan never shown his blood work
36:10…… I’m currently eating white rice on its own…..
😂😂
I love beef and always will...
What’s the name of the podcast?
Don’t have a name yet??? Thinking heavy D radio?
Could u explain the Rock schedule then ? Lol
Somebody is breathing hard as hell
Just constructive criticism. The heavy breathing is very distracting
I know I thought same thing 🤦🏻♂️I breathe like a gorilla
♥️
My lipid profile went to shit on vertical within 3 months
Way too many ads to listen to this
First like
