3 minutes of Vermintide banter is better quality than almost any amount or combination of dialogue from Mass Effect Andromeda. Oh, this game needs more love.
@@ConverseCobain He uses flails, his playstyle encourages you to be a hit away from death, and he even sticks things to his forehead. There's zealous and then there's suicidal. So yes he is a flagelent.
Like Zac sesz said, they are essentially alternative timelines with their own lore of what happened to each character after Vermintide 1. Zelot is basically Salty being driven to madness by finally facing a skaven hoard and realising just how massive the threat is. Starts hearing Sigmar calling to him and shit. The lore for each career is surprisingly great, like Slayer Bardin deciding that after having seen the tide he decides there is no other path left for him than death, so he might as well die in glorious combat and takes the Slayer's Oath. Foot Knight Kruber is him being knighted after saving Ubersreik. Handmaiden Kerilian is her being called by the queen of the high elfs throuh a dream and traveling to an ancient temple to learn the path. Unchained Sienna is her finally giving in to her adiction and the flames, being a hair's breadth from going full chaos, and is practically just operating on instincts, all of which are telling her to burn things, with just enough self controll to not light her companions on fire... for now.
@@Rodoet001 Does anyone know why Kerillian started cosplaying as a Dark Elf in one of those possible timelines? On one hand it makes some sense because the Shades ( also known as the Autarii ) are similar to the Asrai in the sense that they live in the wilderness and are commonly considered by other elves, ( even other Druchii ), to be savages. And they are excellent scouts, of course. But on the other hand, they are Dark Elves. Wood Elves don't hate them as much as the High Elves do, but they're not the biggest fans of them either. And if Kerillian wears the outfit, no one ever seems to comment on it as far as I know.
@@TheKolboShow Turns out she's part Dark Elf. According to shade's lore, Kerillian (presummably sometime between VT1 and VT2) found herself having dreams of Drukari ancestors and felt the call to become a shade. She's still part Dark Elf in the other timelines too but there she never picks up the mantle of shade.
"Is cousin Okri real? *mutter*"
Absolutely hilarious.
The comment about Saltzpyre being about one step from becoming a flagellant is hilarious with VT2 now out.
2:04 a person with a British accent imitating another person with a different British accent followed by angry dwarf noises
just like parliament
Amazing
Bardin= An amalgamation of Welsh Brogue and Mancunian to make a dwarfish sounding voice
Markus= Kentish and generic central London accent.
" iS CoUsIn OkRi ReAl? " Sassy Bardin is best Bardin

>I think youre just one step from becoming one of them, Saltzpyre. Thats where the shoe pinches
^_^
Cousin Okri is the Keith of Warhammer
as a studen to of the barb's dojo, I feel like the only one who got this
There should be a game featuring Cousin Okri, Ellis' friend Keith and Karl of DRG
And then salt becomes a flagelent
Hmmm zealot though, is it the same thing?

As someone who has also played Mordheim and Total War: Warhammer, I appreciate this video very much.
"Silence Witch!"
2:04 is fucking great
'I think you're a few inches from being one of them' - oh look, it's some foreshadowing
2:10 Big think.......
Then whats the Zealot Sub class? Did he just say fukkit, if ya cant beat em, join em?
Supposedly, their last subclasses are their final forms. What they end up as, at the end of their story.
@@MrJinglejanglejingle The first unlock is an alternate calling, while the last unlock is their most extreme form.

Why do they write so much stuff but it never plays normally?
I think most of the time its just that something happens. like that they call out a special instead of continuing the conversation.
