Hello from NZ! 🇳🇿
Sheesh what a reaction for my homecoming 😭😱 - excuse my ugly cry XD
Good to hear you made it! Hope all is well!
Welcome home 😁
No apologies. I ugly cry every time I watch this episode. It's so heartbreaking.
Hi from Galatea❤
Oh god, this episode. Truly the turning point for the series, Rick, and us as viewers. Also when Oscar throws that trash can to save Rick, it’s easily the most unintentionally funny scene in the entire series.
Behind the scenes fun fact:
Lori's death scene was filmed on Chandler Riggs' 13th birthday.
To which he said is the worst birthday he's had yet.
Ngl he didn't look 13 in this
@@BaeehelnG he looked younger
It’s ok Daniel, we all cried during this episode. Never expected to loose Lori and then to loose her that way was just messed up. I’ve seen it numerous times and I cry every single time. When Lori is saying goodbye to Carl and Ricks reaction when he sees the baby are perfection, the acting is so believable and superb imo. They deserved an Emmy for sure! And T Dog too!? Poor Carl and Maggie for having to do what they did! Too damn much! No one would’ve expected Andrew to survive let alone sabotage the group but it shows them there’s to be no loose ends
You did good, Daniel. We all dread this episode when it comes, but eagerly watch how a reacter responds. It's screwed up for sure, but it's a way to share the trauma we all went through when we saw it for the first time. You're part of the club now!
Correct. This is an episode all the fans are waiting for
To this day, this episode makes me cry...damn...
I eagerly await it because I love watching B**** Lori die.
And now, the day will come when you won't be...
Stoic yet apologetic Maggie. Carl shut down and closing it all off. Rick disintegrating from the inside out as it dawns this cannot be fixed. With the rest looking on, this maelstrom of juxtaposed emotions tears at the soul, and rips our hearts bleeding - splintering bone, and tearing at sinew and flesh. It hurts so much. Great TV!
Let's give Daniel a shout out for all the grunts . This episode gets me every time
I've probably watched this episode 10+ times, and I still ugly cry. Such fabulous acting across the board. Andrew Lincoln deserved an Emmy for this and so many performances in this show. This is definitely one of the best and most emotional episodes of the entire series.
Andrew Lincoln's crying at the end of this episode was everything; it was sad, tragic, and kinda funny when contrasted against Carl's stoicism.
I literally love your reactions so much. You view the show from such a nuanced perspective and you don’t jump on trends of hating characters such as Lori. I look forward to your TWD reactions all the time and just so you know, I cried just like you the first time I saw Lori’s death 😭💔
i love Lori ❤
Oh, even the people who aren't Lori fans bawl like a baby at her death...I speak from experience.
This is one of those episodes you never forget even 10+ years later
when I first watched the episode i was so devastated... i don't cry much (even in real life) but i can feel my chest hurting.. this is why i relate and love carl so much... Rick and maggie crying was phenomenal acting and it stole the scene.. but for me, Carl's heartbroken silence and shutting himself off is what hurts the most... he is still a kid and the things he had to go through and still holding himself up here just breaks my heart.. just not fair..
I like the way you said "I hate this show". Only a person who is invested in the characters and the show would say that. I'm really enjoying your channel. 👍
This was the first episode that not only had me in tears, but made me wheep.
you know it’s gettin real when he goes: WOH
Hello,
I am watching you from France, so sorry for my english.
The series is finished now, so I wanted to re watch it again since the beginning. It is a pleasure for me to have found you to watch it again with you, your reactions, your thoughts. Don't be sorry for your "ugly cry", you are not the only one to cry, and you will cry again... often... Be brave. We are with you
i'm not him but your english is good, no need to worry
@@beposfather Thank you
I’ve been caught up with school work the past week so I’ve just watched the 2x2 and 2x3 reactions, and gosh was I worried for your reaction to 2x4. This episode was simply one of the saddest episodes in the entire show. What makes it 10x sadder is the fact that previously in Lori and Ricks last interaction, and in that little moment of Rick and Lori looking at eachother before disaster hit- we all felt a little hope that things would possibly heal between them. I will say this was the death that caught me most off guard, it seemed as though Lori was meant to survive with them. But I will say, her death had incredible meaning and showed how devoted she was to her family. And that even in her dying moments she talked as though she loved Rick, and of course showed how much faith she had in Carl. Which is particularly emotional considering how on the fence she was about him being in this world. My heart broke for both Carl and Rick, as well as Maggie because I’m sure she feels a large part of the weight. Rick will definitely be a bit lost moving forward, as anyone would but I’m interested to see your reaction on the show’s dynamic after introducing a baby! Great reaction Dan! Hope you’ve had some time to heal after this tragic episode lol
Great reaction! I love the contrast of scenes/communities. Our group is in shambles trying to survive walkers every corner while the governors group is just playing golf😅
This was one of those episodes that just punch you in the toolbox, does a 360, and kicks you too. Thanks for the reaction m8!
This is one of the hardest episodes to watch but some of the best acting.
In episode 3x2 Axel said he was in prison for pharmaceutical abuse and Oscar for breaking and entering
Great reaction man!
This episode is amazing.
Even if you don't like Lori, her last words to Carl are so damn good. And the acting is top notch all around.
And don't apologise for your reaction. It hits people differently. And it's what we're here for...
I can't wait for what's to come.
Oh jeez this episode is depressing. I remember watching this on Netflix in 2014 in pure shock.
😭
This is Easily one of the major turning points of the show but it only gets better and sadder from here
I've seen this so many times and it still makes me tear up.
dont worry about ugly crying, i dont think anyone could watch this episode with feeling absolutely heartbroken, everything about this episode is just... Lori's speech is already heartbreaking enough, and then they end the episode with the scene of Rick just breaking down as he realizes what happened, truly feels like someone is ripping your heart out of your chest. some truly amazing acting performances in this episode tho, that last scene is one of the reasons Andrew Lincoln is my favourite actor now, just one of the best actors ive ever seen
19:44 Andrew Lincoln is the most amazing actor in this scene! He should of won an award for this performance
Me 12 seconds into the reaction: "Aw, he's crying, I can't wait!"
Aww... I figured this episode would break you and your reaction would break us.....
I felt so awful for Carl, as no one was anywhere near him at the end there. He was just standing there, all alone.
"Look at those eyes, man."
Mate that cry cut me deep i could feel your pain when u saw rick look at carl and Maggie could see u break down we all feel your pain so much more pain to go mate we will help u thu
Welcome home Daniel. Good to hear you're safe and sound. This was a pretty hardcore episode. Carl's childhood has well and truly gone. The Mum in me grieves for that. The Mum in me, lifted up both arms to give you a hug, after the camera went flat. I wasn't expecting to see you so close. I think they invented toilet paper for this show - for when tissues just aren't enough. 😀
I’m glad you’re enjoying this show Daniel! This certainly was a rough time all those years ago…
Andrew Lincoln man.... no matter how many times I watch that scene of Rick finding out Lori is dead I lose it. Talk about tears, snot, and an ugly cry face, my gawd it's devastating. I just can't believe they did this on episode 4 of the new season ON A SUNDAY, this is when I knew TWD didn't care about our feelings and that any character can get it. I had to watch this live and wait a week for the next episode :(
I come to think about when Rick was hunting this guy - letting him out to the zombies and closed the door. He didn’t watch him die . He closed the door behind him and thought he died. That was a mistake that cost him a lot. But Loris fate was probably the outcome no matter what . Or, maybe Hearcheal could have helped Lori more? I don’t know.
"A semi democratic Rick dictatorship" makes perfect sense and kinda the way it is. LOL
19:28 at this point I could hardly see I was crying so hard. 😭💔
My favorite thing in this episode is the parallel between the chaos in the prison and the calm in Woodbury. I think I can’t watch this episode without crying 😩
Chop what off? His back?! His head?! Lmao! Ain't nothing to chop off there, my friend. Sad, though. I loved T-Dog.
{{ hugssss }} We will cry together a lot more. 😭 Welcome to the Walking Dead family. This show will break your heart...but like I said...hurts so good. Damn good story.
7th season is gonna hurt like hell😔
Just discovered this channel and my god these Walking Dead reactions might be my favorite
Donkey Kong 😂🤣😂🤣 made me laugh
Such a traumatic episode to go through.
Oh… we’re at THIS episode huh… lol it’s a doozie 😢
Most seem to hate Lori but I really like her character. Like when in an argument in earlier seasons she always mediates and tells something like "It's been done there's no point arguing over it".
I never cared for Lori but did cry due to Rick's reaction.
I really liked Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori) in Prison break but found her Character very unlikeable in TWD so much so every time a reactor gets to this episode I sing "ding dong the witch is dead" in my head 🤣🤣🤣 Great reaction as always Daniel,
Heart breaking episode......
Great reaction bro keep it up
This is one of my favorite episodes in the entire series. T-Dog was so awesome. Eventhough he knew he wasn't going to make it, he kept going trying everything he could to give Carol a chance to make it. I didn't like Lori that much, but she went out a hero for her baby. I cried so hard when Rick realized Lori was gone and falls to the ground.
Daniel, never apologize for getting emotional over this amazing show. TWD actors are just that good.
Thanks again! :)
Don't worry about ugly crying it won't be the only time it wasn't for me😭
20:16 - BUT WAIT, THERE'S MOREEEE 🤣
I cried to
this show is crazyyyyy
Please upload daily!!
I really hated lori but the pain on rick, carl and maggie gets me everytime
And this is the episode when you realise TWD doesn’t play around! The scene with Rick 😢 Great react I felt your pain!
The thing for me is that I never cried at Loris death till I became a mom because the thought of that happening just makes me sad the fact that Carl had to kill his own mother makes my heart break for him and Rick loosing his wife before he could even fix their marriage
Yeah me to i think carl has a crush to
Lori was never one of my favorite characters. But her death was absolutely heartbreaking.
💔
We all love to hate this show from time to time! And Andrew Lincoln's acting....just brilliance! This is one of the most heartbreaking episodes of the entire series! 😢❤
I know you've already seen 3x9 but I personally think that Oscar's death that episode was so tragic because I would have loved to see his character development. I thought his character was awesome for the Eight Episodes he was in
I never liked Lori tbh but her death was still really sad
You’re American accent lowkey messed with my head 😂
15:05
Watch the spoilers please~Mod
Hi
This episode makes me cry with Happiness because Lori dies. She was a terrible person and mother. The world was better off without her.
GOODBYE LORI
This episode teaches us that if you don’t see a character die on screen you can’t be sure they’re dead!
Screw Andrew man I’m glad Oscar took him out!
What's wrong with Andrew Lincolns performance?
It was kinda funny the first 5 times but at this point the whole camera dying thing is just incompetence. Every episode, really????
I mean, you can call it incompetence if you’d like. All I know is, when it happens on the odd occasion, it’s usually because the show has roped me in so much I completely lose focus of the camera battery life, or recording threshold 🤷♂️. Apologies if it bugs you!
Lol, Lori's death was the first major character death where I thought, Good grief. Hated her.
Oh shit.... here it is... I can not wait to watch your reaction to this...
I've rewatched this show, idk how many times at this point. But I've never cried during this scene. Don't get me wrong, it's incredibly sad, and the acting only hammers down that point. But your reaction, had finally made me shed a tear. Goddamn
