The bottom hole you don't have to cut at all- you can simply pry up the top part of the gasket on the oil pan & find the 13mm bolt with your finger's. Place a long 13mm socket on to it. Make sure it's in there tight. Then put the ratchet on to the socket & loosen.

Rubber mallet to a few places on the pan will knocks it loose. Same as a DT466. I found that out after I destroyed one too.
