I could watch you working all day. You really are a craftsman of the highest calibre but also an amazing technician and Engineer. Fabulous work and fabulous content.
Always nice to see a purple tip sticking out. 👌 It turns colour easier than blueing steel. . Aluminium is another one that you need to keep clean clean clean bofore you weld it. Great video really useful info. 2x👍
Cool tip I’ve seen is using a silicone coupler over the exhaust tip to help centralise it to the bumper. Wouldn’t be necessary in this case as you’re fabbing your own tip, but might help on a back box that already has a tip installed.
Good tips on quality tools and consumables (I see drill bits as consumables, but perhaps I wouldn’t if I’d blight the best bits?) & especially on techniques. Hardest things to communicate verbally. A person needs to get hands on to really appreciate why the tips are as they are.
You’ve got some amazing skills. What is purging? I suppose I should just Google it 😂. You missed one thing though, what does it sound like? Great video, thanks.
I’d love that sawaging tool 🤣 Stupid question but why do you have to purge the tak, is it just a full no go not gunna work? Never tried titanium welding but may give it a try
Fabulous metalworks and technique. Can't imagine the cost, But then I put the Forester back end exhaust right with some scaffold tube that fit and has now done four MOT's. I suppose it's just a scale of economy and wouldn't a shiny SS/Tit look good on my old beast. Hint hint.
We all here knowing this is the making of a quality UA-cam channel. Big love
Thanks for watching Simeon 😀

Great video mate
Thanks for watching 😄
A thing of beauty.👍🏻
Thanks! 😀
It’s a while since I got practical with welding, why didn’t you need a gas backing with the stainless welding..?
Noice 🙌
Thanks Matt! 👊🏻
Top job🏁😎👍🏻
Thanks 😃
This Allegro isn't fooling anyone!
Wait until you see what’s planned for the Allegro ;)

Filling the tube with argon, to remove the oxygen. I would do a video, but there on loads on it already 😃
I’d love that sawaging tool 🤣

I believe purging is to avoid combustion
Even at 1mm wall thickness, you can’t penetrate without argon shielding on the back side. It’s mad to see if you try it without
