Black belt.
This is the first time I see cheese in Japanese cooking. Very interesting.
All the varieties look so amazing. Just want to try them all
Me on my way to the comment section to tell all of the "its raw eggs" people that its fine in japan with their eggs
Not going to lie even though I’m not a fan of runny eggs all those dishes looked so delicious
@@prva9347 Oh I knew foods like eggs continue cooking with residual heat but honestly looking back on when I cook scramble eggs I probably overcook them every time but that’s how I like them so I don’t actually mind it. Someone else that’s used to less cooked scrambled eggs would probably hate them though.
@@crimsonking2874 The mushy eggs are great over rice, I don't like tons of sauces like here though, to each their own though. I make the eggs with sour cream then almost pour them over white rice, I put some sort of Asian hot sauce, some soy sauce and some spring onions on it, maybe some crispy meat, best breakfast ever. If I'm just eating eggs though I will cook them a bit firm, the mushy ones on their own can be a bit to much.
I love the way the eggs and rice were flipped! It all looks very good!
Yummy ommlette rice
It would be good if they cooked the eggs all the way.Just not a fan of runny eggs
This guy can crack open more eggs in a minute than I can do in an hour!
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I can crack eggs with one hand, but it's a talent when a person can do both hands and at the speed he was at
Thank you for the wonderful video of the fastest omelet rice master 👍
They look amazing 😋
Hambagu steak with omurice. Wow, that already looks good!

Jajanan makanan yang akan mengenyangkan perut
That looks delicious. The meat patties are so perfectly formed.
Good video
I mean, I would eat it, but let's be honest here people, if you don't cook a egg all the way, it's pretty easy to cook it fast.
🙌
just like fighting a delicious war, tasting a sweet vengeance

Not a fan of open food tubs, but Japan has a very strict food standard from what I understand. So I trust it.
Japanese eggs are the best
I miss Japan. 😞

Greetings from the Netherlands.

Those eggs are perfectly under out of the pan and will carry on cooking on top of the hot rice.
I would order three of these and then go into a food coma 🤤
nowadays, every food really has a golden touch! lol welcome to upper india
What is the dark brown sauce being served at the end? Looks delicious and those eggs are cooked perfect.
Demi-glace.

what sauces do you use?
They never say what kind of sauce they use...
Tomato Ketchup, Demi-Glace, and Cream Gravy (which is a variation of Bechamel).
Aqui em casa, se chama mexidão
👌🙌👍👋💪🎥📺

Whats that thick black sauce he out on the eggs?
Demi Glace.
What is the dark sauce that goes on top? 6:57
Demi Glace.
It's🍽 food🍜 was to ❤100% tsaat 😂
The last minute of that should require an extra layer of viewer consent.
I still prefer the original omu rice. This is the imitation
Never have seen an electric whisk!😂...anyone know what those 2 red sauces where? Chili sauce and? And it looks like they use butter instead of oil...nice
Tomato Ketchup (thinned with water) and Demi Glace.
Dammit now I'm hungry

According Marco Pierre only a fool would rush an omelette
Is that a tomato sauce or a sambal?
Tomato Ketchup.
Sounds like a 7-Eleven near. And the last minutes are pure torture for the viewer. 😄
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 tamo junto gostei top demais 😃

Microwave burger and torch taste cheese... yeah, no thanks.

Saluti dall’Italia ❤
Boy those are some runny ass scrambled eggs
Different cultures eat foods their own way.
I can't say it looks very nice, but I'm sure it tastes fine. The oddly colored sauces dumped on top looked unappetizing - especially that tan cream of mushroom-looking soup.
No way a beaten egg is gonna have a good texture when still raw
go eat your overcooked eggs and burnt toast
@@DisingenuousCommentwhy are you so offended, not everyone wants to eat soggy, slimy egg. No need to be rude.
@@w.w.heisenberg8044 not everyone hates overcooked eggs and burnt toast
@ 3:29 are those wagyu burgers? And I should know better than to watch this video when I'm hungry lol
not wagyu but still a high quality one, bro.
Not wagyu meat. It does, the fried omelette rice would be expensive to buy
MOCO LOCO by any other name!!! Yum!!
That is a well seasoned pan.
Is that black bean sauce?
Demi Glace.
why no gloves when touching meat, even if meal was not for customer, still gave me creeps
I love how they prepare the egg fried rice but I don't like it with the sauces. I just want them excluding the sauces and it's just perfect. The sauces aren't my preference but for those who love it no offense guys.😊
That looks like it'll blow the clothes off someone.
0:45 Bro is cracked at craking eggs.
Isn't it dangerous to eat raw egg? Why doesn't he cook the omelet more?
No salmonella on japan so it should be safe. And half cooked eggs are safe even with?
In Japan, Chicken eggs are generally safe to consume raw or partially cooked, because of the hygiene controls employed in the egg production process. At the farm level - the Chicken (egg laying Hens) are vaccinated against E.Coli and Salmonella, the feed is heated to kill those bacteria, and the coop houses are regularly disinfected. Before being sold, the eggs are also washed and pasteurized to further eliminate potential E. Coli and Salmonella related risks.
@@restaurantman that is so interesting, thanks for explaining!
@@restaurantman Still pretty loose. Maybe he was in a hurry. About 60% curds on most of those. Maybe it's just their atyle. I'd prefer closer to 70% curds.
