I've heard about Japanese culture for years, and that honor and hard work are assumed for all people. This video is a testament to how efficient a mature process can be and how focused workers can be if they work with pride. So impressive!
So far, considering Asian food and its preparation, Japanese and Korean, in terms of health, ingredients, and cleanliness. give me the most confidence.
I like the system they have the pans go down the line the further down the line the closer they are to being finished, and the cooler the pan is, then they send it down a different track to be recirculated, regreased, and heated back up for continued use without breaking their formation, or system.
Sorry to say …i worked in différents restaurants in japan as an European chef and all the kitchen in japan has a serious issues of sanitation , it is dirty, nasty everywhere , in japan everything is just surface Asian ppl are just nasty dirties ppl , i work with them for many years i know what i am talking about it is not a racist comment at all !!

Oh boy! Me too. Can’t stop laughing. Japanese are always precise. They take cooking and preparation seriously. They also keep the cooking area very clean.

@@MrPlusses well, you may can enjoy your meal even it is cooked in the trash can, if you don't eat the trash with it. For many people not disturbing. It is not suprising if you watch a video made in India or Bangladesh etc... But for Japan? You would expect the high level precision, the perfection at all. That's why I wrote my critical words. Sorry if my english is not the best.
@@gomzoli your English is great. If I trusted the restaurant for years in my neighborhood I would have no problem with their kitchen. If I was in a strange city or country maybe I wouldn't.
Anyone figured out why the cooks smell the pan before pouring in the omelette? Disgusting to see so much breathing on food without wearing protective masks!
@@snack99 You wear a mask and gloves at all times during food preparation. You don’t put the pan to your nose and smell it before pouring the omelette mixture. What is the purpose of smelling the pan in the first place?

Где там гордость? Как автоматы стоят и работают не отрываясь. Каторжный труд.
12:36 , for anyone curious, he’s not smelling the pan. He’s feeling the heat with his face.

The best Japanese street food Tamagoyaki looks delicious, I love it 👍
Very labor intensive , efficient, and well organized ! Thank you.

Perfect assembly line! Fantastic work! They look delicious! 😍
Anyone else notice the skill where he flipped the egg while he had liquid in the pan? Without sloshing or disturbing the liquid? That was IMPRESSIVE
It really is. The number of times I've had tiny splashes of egg fly off and he does it seamlessly
top marks for making it look so easy, must take years of practice, well done to all involved..👏👏

It's unreal how quiet it is with that many people lmao

Unagi... oishiii!!! 😍😍😍
Deliciously looking omelette.
They have everything except temperature control perfected! Gotta give the pan the ol cheek check to verify the temp! First time I've seen that...
That process is crucial for the egg mixture to set on the tamagoyaki pan
13:35 - What’s giving those eggs that amber color? I cook HK scrambled eggs & have no clue what that awesome addition is. 👀🤷♂️✌️
Bacon looks so very tasty! What are the grayish, whitish things @ 7:07?
Baby fish.
Judging by the thumbnail this looks nice
Thanks for this! Just exactly what I needed to see today!
that looks great!! all the different combinations
Yeah whitebait Yum!
the assembly line aspect of this reminds me of the Detroit style pizza video from this same channel.

Why are precision and uniformity such a big feature of Japanese culture?
I would like to know what they are putting in it?
Why do some people have a compulsion to pat things after they put them dawn? Maybe it is the gloves that makes things feel weird in yheir hands.

This is definitely peculiar. all that surgical precision for an egg omelette?.

Very professional, but I would not be proud if my kitchen was so dirty. Floor, the walls, looks like it was not cleaned for a year.
Japanese kitchens are very strange like that…
Once you get the hang of it you eventually learn not to eat off the floor or walls. Never a problem after that.

It looks like fake egg to me bcaz u dont even see when they are braking the eggs fr the shell though 🤔
