    P.S. I notice that on my right side there is no bra bulge -well, almost nothing= but on my left side, oh yess, I can see it. ONE question, should I do more repetitions on the left side? HOPE you reply May 12, 2020

    Just did a few of these moves, feels great... but since I’m cursed with herniated/bulging discs I’m afraid of further injury. 😕 Any modified moves which are just as effective? Thanks for sharing this. Adorable doggy too! 😍
