Nomos is renewing Arnold strategy with a cool twist, I definitely like what they are doing. The new MAD is definitely colorful, I have the red one, but this one would be a bit too colorful for me. Thanks Bill 👍🏽
Hello Bill and gang. Great video and insight Bill. Love what Nomos is doing here- a real game changer and something most of us here can get involved in! Fantastic. 🤣
It was something unexpected Hardi, but given the Club series, it shouldn't have been for Nomos to have some interesting choices in the affordable range. Take care, Bill
That VC is what got me interested as well. It was meant originally just for the Chinese market, but I guess they found out how much demand it was for that green dial. Gringa is also considering that Nomos.
Truman, I was thinking the OS Green, but in gold, the price was insane. The Traditionelle was surprisingly low in gold. Besides I prefer hand-wound. Take care, Bill
Nomos has been dabbling in different colors and finally decided to go all in! I did like some of the new color palates introduced and looking up close they are well executed. The Tangente 38 is a logical choice for the broad color introduction, however, for my wrist simply too small. As for the M.A.D. “Time to Love” I feel MB&F may be running out of ideas and seems to be scratching all angles to stay relevant. Talking with others during the show, I was getting a perception of not being alone in sensing this.
If I didn’t already have a Sinn 556 in Carnelian Red, I’d get one of those Tangentes. Can’t afford the VC, but it looks lovely. Not crazy about that new M.A.D.1, but my green Lucky Clover version should arrive soon!
If you described the new MAD to me and I just had the quick preview here to go by I'd think it was the last watch I'd want. But seeing the rotor in action and close up videos made me enter the draw to buy one. Watches can be fun, right?
Hi Bill, I have just seen the new VC Overseas with the green dial in Geneva, and i must say, they are very dark in real live. In pictures they look green, but at Watches and Wonders the dial almost looks black.
Great video Bill. For a brand who in my opinion make bland Bauhaus style watches, it's great to see Nomos having fun with this series. I have my eye on a VC, but it's not the Traditionnelle, it's too small for me. I've always enjoyed the M.A.D. Editions, who knows maybe someday. Best regards, Brian
The Traditionelle is 38mm ... just 1mm smaller than the Lyrique watches. Be a good formal watch for you Bryan... that is if the Chaumet wouldn't be available! Take care, Bill
Thanks Bill for the heads up on Nomos colours- hadn't heard. Looks like there is a waiting list already. Just purchased an Omega PO summer blue. Have you seen that dial? A very interesting blue indeed.
Bill, Lately I’m thinking hard on a newer 2022 ? seiko with amazing red dial listed $995 40mm 11.4mm (70 hrs power reserve) Love to get the H. Moser In Blue or Red But ($15k) says no Not a big fan of the Christopher Ward brand compared to the $1,000 seiko’s The CW does have a nice Blue & Red in there ( 12) models But like the newer movement in Seiko’s ($995) much better Blessings Greg
Im a big fan of Nomos. Their movements are all machine made, but fully hand decorated. Great value for money
Totally agree HRM. Take care, Bill
Bill very interesting. I jus picked up a Glashutte Original Pano lunar with the green dial. Very nice great colour. Take care
Very cool! Leaf! The PL is a favorite and even better in green! Thanks Fully M. I've seen the Omega blues...nice.

Interesting take on MB&F Michael. You may have spotted its heel. Take care, Bill

That makes sense...but the Nomos color palette is very nice Ced! Take care, Bill
Bill - do a State of Colors from your collection.
Michael, it'd be pretty short and dum I'm afraid. Take care, Bill

It is a fun watch Shadow, and I like MB&F so it's worth having around. Take care, Bill
The green traditionnelle at 23k is a good buy
I thought so too John! Take care, Bill

I thought it was in the lighting, Obud. Maybe they think if it's dark enough, no one will notice that it's not black or blue! Take care, Bill

Hadn't thought of that Bryan-making Bauhaus more interesting and fun! Take care, Bill
