I have reached out to the number you give to text you twice now. When do you reply to questions and texts? My question is based off night time workers who work while you sleep. Much of what you say sounds very interesting but applies to people who work the normal day shift hours.

Exercised early in the morning all my life. Still do. No later that 6am. I get out of bed around 4. Go to bed about 8 pm. I do it naturally and always have. 82 years old. No doctors and no meds.

    - Meditation
    - Establishing a sleeping routine

Try those questions. It's a derivation from the Sedona Method (which is great).
      1. Try to find a thing which you could be thankful for.
      2. Ask "Can I be thankful for this?" Answer "yes", if you can, but "no" is also ok, if that is the honest answer.
      3. Ask "Would I be thankful if I could?. Again answer "yes", if you can, but "no" is also ok, if that is the honest answer.
      4. Ask "when would I be thankful if I could?" Answer "now" if you can but "tomorrow" or something else is ok, too.
      5. Repeat with the next thing you find that you be thankful for.
If you can speak the answers out loud, even if you say them very quietly. But speaking them out helps to stay focused on the exercise. You don't need to speak out loud the whole question. Use only one word for the answer. Don't make a long thought process out of it.
You may sleep like a baby or if not then come into a calm meditative and grateful state.

    Hi 👋🏼
I’ve herd that vitamins and minerals should not be consumed together because the body can’t take them in at the same time. Is this true? If so, then the supplements we take that’s a pill which contains both vitamins and minerals are no good?

Oh cool, congratulations on summarizing one aspect of the first three minutes of an 18 minute video 👍🤣 They made a lot of other points about exercising in the morning. You also missed nutrition, meditation, routine, lighting, noise, parasympathetic safe response, temperature, a thankful mindset, electronic devices... lots more lol
