Hi Christine because I’m a certain demographic of women (50+ African American women ) with no college degree, not from a traditional tech background and reskilling - would love to see women who have this experience as well or in the midst of their journey?

Im a year late… lol I didn’t get the offer in 2022…but I just got my offer letter for 2023! My start date is in April 🎉

This is very informative. Been watching this few times now, just got my screen interview yesterday for security apprenticeship. Not sure I am not too confident, I have strong pnoy accent. Fingers cross. I hope I will get it. I'm a mom of 4, I didn't know to much culture until this video

I see Accenture now is hiring for software engineer apprenticeship but I honestly don’t want to go that route. I recently obtained my Sec+ certification so I’m hoping to go the pen testing route in the future but idk…strongly thinking about applying for the apprenticeship just bcuz it’s there 🤷🏿♂️
I do see roles in penetration testing, but it might just not be in your location. I would apply for the apprenticeship anyways because worst thing that can happen to you is you don’t get it or that you get an offer and decline it. Or just interview practice!

IDK if she's not being truthful or if the company is just THAT inconsistent on how it treats its employees based on location
I’m sorry this video triggered you. As someone who worked at Accenture for 3-4 years, it honestly is the people around you that determine your experience. Sadly, the interview and vetting process is never foolproof in making sure the people hired will create a welcoming and warm environment for new consultants and even experienced hires. You’ll unfortunately get these kind of people even at other companies like Google except at a company like Google, they just might not last as long.
