I just tried your upward “distraction” stretch, it felt really good. I also found that if I press on my trapezius, or neck, in a certain spot while gently stretching my neck to the side, results in a crack that alleviates the tightness. Stretching arms, neck, and shoulders using a doorway frame (arms out to the sides) also helps.
Hey Sevi! Great job finding that modification for yourself! Just be careful with over doing it on popping and stretching your neck. It is possible to over do it easily. Make sure you're working on strengthening your other muscles.
Here's a great place to start strengthening:

Hey Panica Unknown! You need to get to an emergency room or urgent care clinic and get x-rays and examination. Those symptoms are unusual severe symptoms that MUST be checked out by a medical professional.

@@marlenafina3481 I am doing better, they said it was a pinched nerve. I do still get back and neck pains though nearly every day but dont have time to go to the doctors. Thank you for your concern.
I see bad things happening. 😆 I need a chiropractor. Someone will walk in the room & think I'm trying to kill myself. 😂
