This guy is Very good!! Im a Boxer, and hes really helping me with my knee cartilage problem due to skipping rope crowching, and also my neck nerve pain irradiating to my hand. Thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏
Hello was doing your exercises for a compression fracture last year. Was 💯 unfortunately I've just been in hospital for a week had lots scans ct and MRI biopsies. Back very painful again after gen anethestic have new fone but managed to find your email so I'm back doing the exercises.
I have had tight neck issues for last 3 yrs, and I drive for a living, I'm constantly needing full range movement of neck, but my stiff neck issues have caused this to be me painful to do, and limited. I just did these with you, and it helped me release tension in neck immediately. I always come to you because your routines have helped me correct body issues. I had a painful dead arm, full tear rotator cuff, after a fall at work, no mobility in arm, but the pain was worst, I you tubed countless videos for relief, stumbled across yours, and instantly within 2 days of your routine, pain was gone, and I could move my arm to do light duty stuff around the house, just nothing that required lifting or over head stuff. But at least I could do stuff that takes two arms to do. Whenever the pain started to come back, from too much use of arm, because I can't sit still, lol, I returned back to the arm routines and immediately pain left. Your routine got me thru till I received my surgery. I've made a full range recovery, and it feels nice to have it back. I'm currently using your glute muscle activation routine you've put out. Thank you so much for Natural Pain Relief.
Dr David! What can I say?! Your expertise is second to none!! The look down exercise alone rid me of headaches and neck tightness! Can you give advise on a persistently tight levator?Thank you

Hello Dr. Thanks for the great exercise. The case for the arms up and Chin Tuck combination, isn't the option with weights and arm downs increase the disk bulging?
I'm just now seeing your videos. Good content. Will these exercises work if you have a straight neck? I am missing the curve in mine. Keep up the good work.
The overhead shrug is positive. But I feel a little pain and stiffness in my upper back muscles - the Traps and especially the shoulder blades. Will these relax eventually with the overhead shrugs or do I need to add a different movement to relax the back? Tx
I thank you at the age of 65 yrs pain pain ever more I try it out .SIR Q:- Can you put a cold ice pad also to help out ease the pain ?Yes or no.please respond & tell me what that will cause.Blessing & thanks for the tips .

Hi Lesjamaluto, We are so sorry to see you are dealing with neck pain due to all-day computer work! Many of us in the office know exactly how you feel and we hope you feel better soon. Yes, these exercises can help quite a bit. We have a neck pain help playlist you might find helpful for your condition. You can access it here: “Neck Pain Help” ua-cam.com/play/PLJVIPiFvv1mZRNE4rwpxvE_tM1na_9kAm.html Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not. We hope you found this information helpful to you. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
When I do the neck curl the muscles on the side of my neck engage like right behind the ear to jaw and front. Is that the correct ones working or am I engaging the back neck muscles?
Hi Epiphany, we're really sorry to hear about the excruciating pain that you've been experiencing! Given your situation with two cervical fusions, it's crucial to be cautious with exercises. The chin tuck look-down exercise in general is safe to do but it's best to consult with your healthcare provider or physical therapist before trying it. They can provide guidance tailored to your specific condition to ensure you don't exacerbate the pain. Your safety and well-being come first! 🙏 Wishing you all the best on your road to recovery!
Hi Jennifer, yes they can also help but it's very important to keep movements and the intensity low. If you feel any pain, move gently out of the move and rest.
Hey Hagah, it is important to make sure that the chin is tucked. The best way is to look in the mirror and make sure you are giving yourself a double-chin.
Hey Moshmorok! Remember: it's important to start small! Don't go 100% if you feel any sort of pain. Also, feeling a stretch on the back of your neck is pretty normal since these muscles stretch as you tuck your chin. Try backing off to 50-70% and see how it goes! All the best
brilliant, no much bad advice about necks on UA-cam, but your advice really helps, thank you!
