I love liver and do eat it with onions. Can Abuela make Mexican kidney? My Mom made this a lot and I loved it. My Mom has since passed in 2000 and I miss her cooking.
Me encanta el higado encebollado. Mmm we do it a lil different. We just add oil and fry the whole steak add salt and then fry the onions together with it. Both ways are good though 😄 by the way your hair looks very pretty

También lo pueden hacer con chile chipotle....el higado lo guisan con bastante cebolla y luego muelen el chile chipotle al gusto y se lo agregan y sale muy sabroso....o con cebolla y le pueden hecha comino ese también le da muy buen sabor
Hola Abuela en casa le agregamos rajas de Chile cuaresmeño hierbas de olor (tomillo, mejorana y laurel) y para quitarle el olor fuerte del hígado le agregamos jugo de naranja y queda delicioso
