Honestly, $49 for your cookbook was SO worth it. Thanks, bro, your recipes are making this diet way less stressful than any before.
I’m so glad! Thank you so much, this is the goal :)
Agree!!
Unlimited updates on a cookbook you buy once is VERY GENEROUS
It’s gonna just keep getting better over time! 150+ recipes already!
I've been making all kind of protein cheesecakes...but the crunch, that was an outstanding addition to my repertoire. You keep being the best, man.
Lets goooo that’s what I’m talkin bout!
Agree !! The crunch of the base is missing from a lot of recipes. That is key for me.
We don’t have cinnamon crunch in my country, but I’ll try some other cereal
Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. You probably wont see this comment but if you do just know to keep grinding and motivating because you change lives
Congrats!
Woah that is amazing! You’re crushing it! Keep at it and thank you so much, I’m so glad I can help
My guy. A friend of mine literally celebrated their birthday by going to the Cheesecake Factory and then boom you drop this! Came in clutch!
Hahaha crazyyyy bro
What an amazing man right here giving out 4 different substitutes for ingredients
AND making it delicious + mad entertaining
Just purchased your cookbook!!! I'm so excited to check it out!!! I've been following you for awhile now and you are so relatable and funny! I enjoy your content and am really happy to test these other recipes out!!! Thank you!!!
Woohoo!! I hope you like it! I’m so excited for you to try out the recipes!
My man about to get Boeing'd by Protein Shake companies.
LOL 😭
Why? He's literally using their product.
Ok what does that mean? lol. Boeing?
Hi Rahul from Missouri (St. Louis)!! Just some trivia: Jello makes a cheesecake flavored pudding that is sugar free. Instead of sugar substitutes like Stevia, I use a box of Jello. If you can't find the cheesecake, vanilla works too. I usually add about 1/2 cup of milk so it will set up. The cream or cottage cheese has moisture, but I add the milk to be safe. About 2 tsp of lemon juice will bring out the cheesecake flavor too!!! Love your vids!!!!!! PS. I still haven't bought any oat flour!!!! 🙂🙂😁
The raw egg thing is more for store bought pre mixed cookie dough. It's significantly less dangerous when you're making a dough or batter at home.
The reason for this is because hundreds of eggs go into the mixture at a factory where they make dough products compared to when you're making it at home you're never going to even get to a dozen eggs.
I’m just partway through, but I would like to suggest that you use a rubber spatula! It’s so much easier to get food out of the blender and stuff, versus just shaking it!
I’m glad you are strong, and please don’t die. I am going to buy your cookbook! Thank you. I love watching your videos.
Thank you! I hope you enjoy the cookbook!
Please don't die? Wow, just wow man.
@@adamlee3789raw egg 🤷🏻♀️
@@jodyjackson5475 raw egg? We can eat raw eggs, the sickness comes from the shells if I remember correctly.
@@adamlee3789 yes i know that was the don’t die joke I guess
Im obsessed with mexican flan! Not sure if youve made a video before but if not, I'd love for you to make a healthier version of Mexican Flan 🇲🇽✨️ POR FAVOR 🩵🥹😊😋
I just use a regular flan recipe - milk, eggs, pinch of salt. Instead of sugar, use sucralose which, unlike most sugar substitutes, caramalizes (it's a stereoisomer of sucrose). It's a little less sweet than sugar, which I prefer, but you can always use a bit more if you want (10-20%).
Funny how I just THOUGHT of starting a cut, didn't even say it out loud or search online and look what gets suggested....after watching, I'm subbed.👍
Lets gooo! Good luck on your cut bro
I recently came across your recipes and I'm hooked. I tried this recipe and my whole family loved it! It's so hard to find healthy recipes that actually taste good.
Could you try some low-calorie bunt cakes?!
This is so random but I often go back to your cookie and brownie recipes and I suddenly realized how much bigger you've gotten. Looking good brother!
Thank you so much bro!
CTC has the chemical tri-sodium phosphate (TSP) in it. TSP is what you use to prep a wall before painting it.
Not gonna put that garbage in my cheesecake! I'd rather make an almond/coconut crust😋
This cheese cake has water in! That's the stuff they use in toilets!
@@Milliwheats5621you're dumb
Love me some TSP!
I totally need this book!!
Get on it while it’s on sale!
Rahul, you're freaking amazing man. Definitely one of my favorite Jersey guys.
Thank you, you’re the best :)
Sooo cool! Thank you. Love the energy and the smart presentation skills!!!
I'm glad you put the touch of whip cream on top!
You my friend are insaneeee! I cant fathom how u come up with these recipes
Hahaha thank you!!
Keep starting at cottage cheese and you'll get new Ideas too
You’re pretty cool! Love your delivery! I will definitely cook this.
Thank you :)
WOW. This is amazing!!! OMG, you are HYSTERICAL & sooo cooool! CONGRATS on Your life Improvement-what a story!
Best cheesecake recipe EVER🔥💥‼️👍
Tip: I've made this cheesecake multiple times & discovered that it's easy to underestimate the amount of cottage cheese. I was adding the 224g to my blender but when i added it to my mixing bowl with the other ingredients, i lost a lot to the blender. I suggest blending 300g of cottage cheese then measuring it with a food scale as you add it to the mixture.
Another tip: a few drops of chocolate syrup dragged across the top is 💋 i was wondering if anyone has made a chocolate syrup from a chocolate protein powder or cocao maybe. That has better macros than the zero sugar Hersheys i used.
I’m just trying this now- it’s currently in the oven - I used rice crispies in the bottom part.
Lets gooo! Keep me posted
I followed your directions exact except I had no Casin so used whey. Your batter was nice and thick. Mine was runny.
I put it in the 350 oven. I follow up when cake is complete. Hope it firms up 🤷♀️
Sooo if people wanted less carbs you can totally sub the cinnamon toast crunch cereal for cinnamon sugar pork rinds
How would I make it into a crust with this recipe exactly? 🙏 (Total noob in the kitchen but can follow instructions)
Thx
I'm 136 pounds down and just 12 pounds get to 12% body fat. Started at 331 pounds.

Thank's to recipes from this channel, calories tracking, weighing, high protein and a PT at the gym.
I look like a totally different person in just 9 months. I was losing 20 pound a month at one point
I have looked everywhere for fat free cream cheese. I can’t believe you found it at Walmart.
Im confused, do I use 224g of cream cheese PLUS yogurt? Or likely, cottage cheese PLUS yogurt?
Recipe in the description! Yes you use cottage cheese plus yogurt plus cream cheese
- 224g Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 224g 2% Cottage Cheese
- 500g Greek Yogurt
I am with you on the cottage cheese. I CANNOT STAND the texture. I have tried so hard to get passed it because it is so healthy,, but i can't
Same. I recently made an ice cream with it and tried a curdle by itself before hand. The taste was fine, it was like a saltier mozzarella, but texture gets me. Thankfully when mixed up with everything else, the texture was totally different.
I love it lol I literally buy half kilo little buckets of cottage cheese and I just eat it, I maybe add some cake or caramel flavor protein powder to it lol best dessert ever
@@maozedong5035same here.
I’m that way with smoothies! Just can’t do it!
7:51 I’m gonna call it Pac-Man cheesecake waka waka waka 👻
LOLOL
The fact that you also get more muscular over time gives credence to your recipes. I knew youd blow up!
Thank you bro, that means a lot. Appreciate you!
Love it but a lot of us just do not have the time for cooking, let alone baking......It'll really be nice if you can turn this into a product for Target, Walmart, Stop and shop......Please seriously consider this......
I’m so happy to see you using some whole eggs man haha. Cuts me seeing yolks binned
Use Aldi or Lidl’s brand of ctc to avoid those horrible artificial chemicals
The trap hip-hop track during the reveal is my favorite part of these videos. And I think using something chawcolate like Cocoa Puffs for the crust could be fire.
You can simply freeze CC for 2 hours max.
Whip up and add to it what you want.
Enjoy.
mate that's just frozen cottage cheese not cheesecake
@@flaccid6pancake You don't say... 😆
So... you are saying I can reach my protein goals and be in a 1000 caloric deficit by eating this whole cheesecake every day???? It seems healty, Im all in lol
Crazy right! Weight loss cheat code
😂 First time for everything... “imitation vanilla is more flavorful than real” 😂
Love this video dude! ❤ subbed 😂
If you can't find splenda just steal sweeteners from your local gas stations coffee area 👍
I love rahuls cream
Heck yeah
Sadly, you are wrongly substuting numbers there. 8 ounces of cream cheese is a lot more than the 2 *tablespoons* that the nutritional information refers to, including calorie count. Please check package.
Holy shit bro, you are a legend. That looks amazing!
Thank you my guy
Honestly sometimes I get bored by healthy cooking videos even though I'm usually looking into that sort of thing
Your presentation and accuracy of information was on point and I will be getting a pan at some point and trying this
Great job!
I like your style bruh. You had me with cheesecake
My best bro Rahul dropping this fire recipe when i have exactly 500g of costco greek yogurt left. You didnt say to add sf maple syrup so i added a few drops just in case
Hahaha my guy!
This is amazing!!! 🤩
So I can't eat CTC. I have to be gluten free. What about cinnamon Chex?
Should work!
This looks so good. I am not interested in cake at all, but CHEESEcake is so good.
We can’t get fat free cream cheese where I live. I am going to try it with quark
Cheesecake the best!
2:14 ??? Alcohol evaporates, but how does that give you less vanilla flavor? As far as I know it's not the alcohol with the vanilla flavor, it's the junk dissolved in the alcohol and that remains even if the alcohol boils off. Additionally, why would this not apply to imitation vanilla extract? Imitation vanilla extract is vanillin (the main compound resulting in a vanilla taste) diluted in water, alcohol, and/or propylene glycol until it's a similar flavor and consistency to real vanilla extract. Water, alcohol, and propylene glycol will all boil off when baked as well. And still, it won't decrease the vanilla flavor.
Though I agree in using fake vanilla because it's like 1/10th the price where I live for a result that I can't distinguish, but definitely not for the reason you stated.
Has anyone tried this recipe yet? How is it actually?
I'm baking it right now. My batter turned out supper runny for some reason... It's been in the oven for 45 mins now but it's not solid yet. I'll try to get back to you if/when I taste it lol
Well it turned out okay... It just tastes like my protein powder (I don't know what else I expected). The texture is somehow dry and wet at the same time. Imo the CTC "crust" doesn't add a whole lot so I could've left it out to save some calories. I used erythritol, but didn't know how much to add so maybe I put too little. I think it would be better served with some berry sauce.
Honestly, I don't know if I'll make it again, but it doesn't feel like I wasted my ingredients and time so that's a positive
You officially have a playlist dedicated to your channel on my UA-cam playlists
No way! I’m honored!
@@RahulKamat yes way! Thank you so much for all your work!
In my oven at this very moment! I decided to make a crust using ground pecans, cinnamon, melted butter and a little brown monkfruit sweetener. It is going to take all my willpower to not dig into this before tomorrow!
Woahhh that crust sounds so good! Keep me posted how you like it!
Is there a vegan protien powder that will work with this?
I’ve checked three stores and I can’t find fat-free cream cheese anywhere so I am going with the low-fat kind and hopefully my macros are not too mad at me. Going with Catalina Crunch brand CTC equivalent instead of the real deal for the crust so that’ll help me make up for it a little bit. 😀
Why are you worried about the fat, it's part of good nutrition. I would have eliminated the sugar crust that's what you don't need.
Fat adds calories with no real purpose since it's a desert, you wilk inevitably get fats from normal meals you eat during the day, so if you can avoid it in the dessert why not, for a dessert that bit of sugar crust is actually more important, cause again you are making a dessert
@@davidtv2224 Depends how you eat. Of the three macro nutrients Fats & Protein are essential, carbohydrates are not. You can live perfectly healthy with zero carbs, but you will die if you don't eat fat and protein. If your in ketosis than fat has a real purpose, it is your main energy source. Since I eat zero sugar the sugar for me is actually of no real purpose.
You only need about 30-50g of fat (depending on size) to maintain critical body functions. Anything beyond that is preference to be honest. Some people run better with lower carbs and higher fat and some with low fat, higher carbs. Fats are easier to overeat too because of the caloric density. I for example can easily crush a pound of almonds or cashews with minimal effect on hunger. Everyone should have high protein though. Like at least .8g/lb of lean body mass for satiety, thermic effect of food and protein synthesis.
@@Cpt_Adama the point of the dessert is to be sweet, you can just chug that protein powder in water and drink it, the whole purpose of going out of your way to make this it's cause you want it to be sweet while still having protein
I’m the same way, but everyone has different nutritional goals.
Hi I just purchased your “book”!!!
Do you have it in paperback?
I wasn’t aware that it’s only on line! Thank you
Oh heck yeah! Fat free cream however is impossible to find at the moment.
Ugh fr? My walmart has it
@@RahulKamat found it in a Walmart like 15 miles away so may need to make a trip. Wegmans always had it and now it’s gone again.
Bc cheese is not supposed to be fat free, lol. They put 25 harmful carcinogens in it to reduce some calories and make it "healthier"
@@RahulKamat Up north (upper midwest) literally no walmarts or kroger affiliated stores carry it anymore. Been impossible to find for a few years now
Could you crumble some digestive biscuits if you don't have Cinnamon Toast Crunch (or other cereal)?
The forearm workout joke💀
Not a joke 💀
Awesome!
I’m going to make this. Just started working out and I’m a hard gainer I need to eat more. So dessert like this will add more protein and calories. Please don’t promote Splenda it’s poison!!! Use allulose instead It cooks and melts just like sugar but better for you
Greetings from LA
This would be good as a Savory dish with a little bit of feta cheese and spinach and some onions yum
You lost me when you added cereal
You Rock!!!
I wouod extra love this with a drizzle of dark chocolate and nuts, for a turtle cheesecake type vibe!
Rahul love the content bro could you make some protein brownies!!!!!
Just made this, and it's incredible. Simply cannot believe I made this. And, it's made of protien.
Lets goooo! That’s what I’m talkin bout!
Is the protein powder a necassary ingredient or does it serve a purpose more than just adding protein to the recipe?
Is there any thing i can substitute the CTC for? Cherrios, chex?
Any cereal you like!
Looks interesting but not with fat free dairy , that stuff is bad for you . Also no to the Splenda , use
Stevia or allulose.
I love fat free cottage cheese! Have to buy a brand name. Great Value is okay, but the texture and taste is better with brand products.
Do you think I could use just whey and then either add a tiny bit of guar-gum or sugar-free pudding mix to make it set? I was actually about to place an order because my legion vanilla has about one serving left, I'm on maternity leave so I can't afford to buy both right now. Definitely using your code though just for this recipe🤤
Casein is also out of stock on Mike's website, and I really don't want to order from another brand😂
Yes you can just use whey! But don’t use too much or it’ll be too dry, and yeah use sf pudding mix. Maybe just leave out the casein and use a little sf pudding mix instead! Thank you for supporting me and using my code :)
Is there any way to do with without the casein? I don’t really care about the extra protein and want to limit my calories… what would be a substitute?
@@nataliewestbrookart he said in the video you don't have to use casein and just whey will work. I'm trying to make it today and I'm using a blend that has a mixture of both in it, i normally only drink legion but their vanilla is out of stock right now so i picked up the Jocko brand vanilla at Walmart while I wait for my legion order to come in. I can let you know how that turns out, but it's not just straight whey though.
@@nataliewestbrookart I just thought of this, casein makes it set up well so if you don't want to use it, then try putting in some sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, xanthan gum or guar gum, something like that to help it set up better. I bought a package of xanthan gum for my ninja creami recipes, at Walmart for like seven dollars but you only need to use about 1/8 a teaspoon so it will last forever. I know some people have demonized those ingredients, but they're really not that bad. I personally would rather eat those once in a while in moderation, then be overweight lol
You said blend the living shit out of it 🤣ah you're hysterical love it..!!!🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪
Will this work without casein? I have none, only protein powder? Is the casein only there as extra protein?
Just earned a subscribe!!!
Im not understanding....if you use cream cheese, cottage cheese and greek yogurt all at the same time, then how can you use one as a substitute for the other?
Surprised u did not use protein cereal such as Catalina crunch or ghost.
What size is your springform pan? Thanks!
He said 9.5"
Let's gooooooo! I know I won't find fat free cream cheese, so I'm gonna try the cottage cheese sub. Would it be 448g of cottage cheese if we sub it for FF cream cheese?
wanted to know this too
I think he says 180 grams at 1:20
Plus the 224 grams he mentioned later
Yeah 180g cottage cheese!
So 404 I think
Rahul what is another thickening agent if I do not have casein?
Maybe xanthan gum? I’m not an expert, but I know that that is used to thicken gluten-free recipes. Also, possibly arrowroot powder! It’s a lower glycemic alternative to flour.
Id love to see a keto/carnivore version
Why can't you use what we call Leban it looks like cottage cheese but is not it has a creamy texture and is high in protein.
Low fat? No way! Cereal crust? No way!
I enjoy your recipes and you have an engaging personality...but the cursing isn't necessary to have an amazing video. My opinion, I know. But it honestly detracts rather than adds . Your viewership may even increase without the profanity. Thank you for the awesome recipes !!
Agreed!
I live in europe and fat free or low fat food are near impossible to find and we don’t have those american cereals either
take a shot every time he says cheesecake, cream cheese, and protein
Do you have a mock gluten free chocolate protein croissant recipe?
David bars have more protein per calorie.
I dont have a balking oven have normal oven and airfyer can it be made in that?
Normal oven is fine!
I used vegan cream cheese lol turned out great
I will never use imitation vanilla..artificial vanilla is usually derived from, uh, less-than-organic material (like petroleum). While it mimics vanilla’s smell, many would argue that it doesn’t come close to capturing all of the complex floral and woodsy notes that result from the myriad of other flavor compounds in true vanilla. burning off alcohol doesn't diminish the vanilla notes, it enhance the actual bean flavor. Your video is cool but I prefer organic foods including real cheesecake.. too many artificial ingredients mess up your gut flora and you do not digest proteins, vitamin or minerals properly!
I wonder then, if the better thing to do, if the vanilla flavor evaporates during baking, is to mix the vanilla into some type of frosting/topping to put on at the end 🤷♀️
Is it 35 or 45 minutes in the oven... I've done this 3 times and it's probably in the middle... 35 minutes I need to leave it in a lil more
Mine took 35. It sets more after cooling
@RahulKamat ahh, I've been leaving it in there slightly longer but with the heat off and oven closed... for maybe 10 minutes... and duuude I used chocolate whey + cocoa powder for this one, and its sooooo goood
Love cottage cheese as it is...
Insane bro
