Parma Senior High School - Welding Education on the Rebound

Parma Senior High School, located in Parma, Ohio, is the home of a thriving welding education program that reaches students from junior high to high school seniors. The program, led by instructor Pat Connelly, covers everything from career pathways exploration using VRTEX® Virtual Reality Welding Simulators to hands-on welding using Lincoln Electric POWER MIG and Precision TIG welders. In addition, the program addresses advanced manufacturing technology with a Torchmate® CNC plasma cutting system and Lincoln Electric robotic welding cell. Students prepare for careers in engineering manufacturing and construction.
