Concerns addressed over the demolition of Parma Senior High School

Superintendent Dr. Charles Smialek reassures the public they have taken extensive steps to remove any valuable or sentimental property prior to the demolition.

The demolition was inhumane. The school was alive with live electricity. Drive by at night and all the lights were on in classrooms, gyms, the old board office, and all the exterior lights. Even with half the building being a pile of rubble. The electricity was cut off probably a month ago. What a suffering to be ripped apart live.

Was up and operating last school year with staff and students. Was a operating building. Could have sold it to Constellation Schools.
