the lighting and quality of this video is amazing! i absolutely love strawberries and i absolutely love your videos so this one was perfect lol good one sharla!!
Sharla, this was lovely. I was thinking too that these berries are far tastier than those ¥100 variety in the shop you and Taylor visited. The added experience of picking them yourself, making mochi and visiting the farm, makes The whole day priceless. Thanks so much for the great video. You are awesome 💐
your videos on Japan are great and informative. u show a lot of respect for the culture and people. u have a good genuine love for japan. I love there houses with that out door area been in the middle of the house.
This looked like a lot of fun. Just a relaxing trip with nature and picking strawberries. I didn't know how the amount bees pollinate the flower plants the strawberries grow on affects how well they're shaped. I knew bees were important pollinators for a lot of the food we eat, but to learn some details was fascinating. Nature is awesome! Also you pounding that rice. Lol. You have some arm strength!
This looks like such a fun thing to do! Making your own mochi? Sign me up! We have a giant fruit and vegetable garden every year, and strawberries are one of the things we grow. Nothing beats picking a beautiful, sun warmed strawberry straight off the plant. This season we are trying to grow Pineberries. They are white, and supposed to have a pineapple flavor to them. I hope they grow! I've been dying to try them. Thanks for this video! It really was nicely shot! Can't wait to see the next one! Keep up the great work!
I love the way your hair is styled in this video! You look wonderful 😊 thank you for sharing your day at the strawberry farm!! We have some down here in Oregon USA and it's fun to go pick your own!
Loved the video, strawberries are one of my favourite fruits. The video really benefited from having a cameraman, and it was very well edited too, almost like a small documentary. Keep up the good work Sharla.
This is so cool that you made a video about this! I just saw this a picture of this on a Japanese travel info instagram page and was curious about it!!!
Reminds me when we use to drive out to the Okanagan to pick fresh fruit out at farms. Nowadays it's so popular there are weekend tour buses to go pick fruit, so it's even easier.
I lived in Tochigi as a kindergarten English teacher and we went to a strawberry field. Unfortunately it was raining but the strawberries were really yummy!!
First off this video seems a bit different but in a good way like the quality? But it's super enjoyable. Also everything about this made me super hungry omg this looks so damn delicious.

LOVE strawberries mmmm. thanks for the link!
After hearing that bees shape strawberries, i had to look more into it. It's freaking fascinating!!!!!! Thanks Sharla, i just saw strawberries in a whole different way :)
those look like the ones growing in my backyard. They are much smaller, and not as symmetrical as the ones you see in stores, but they are so much sweeter. My house has gardens that were set up by the previous owner, who was a Japanese person, I bet they are the same type as the lower level ones there.
I really enjoy these "themed" videos. As much as I enjoy your vlogs, these really make you stand out from the rest of the jvloggers! I also love how you're not afraid to ask questions so that viewers when/if they go there are already well-informed. Looking forward to your next video!
The quality of this video looks even better than normal! It was really satisfying to watch something so wholesome, too ^__^
