Burt’s Bees Pomegranate is definitely my favourite of their lip balms that I’ve tried. I have a deep love of pomegranate scents and it’s a lovely shade 💞

My absolute favourite lip tint that also moisturizes is the Buxom lip Powerplump lip balm. Smooth, moisturizing, minty, and the colour stains to a beautiful shade of pink.

Geez, I've been truly obsessed with tinted lip balm for quite some time!
In fact I have not only used it in its original function, but also as a blush and even as a glowy effect eyeshadow. And I can actually assure you that it has worked perfectly. That's why it has been my current favorite multifunctional product ever.

I feel the same too with tinted lip balms. I find that aside from not being as moisturizing as I want it to be, it also tends to emphasize my dry patches if my lips are super dry.

I'm just getting into tinted balms and glosses and this vide o is super helpful!
I'm a fellow Aussie and it is great to know some brands I can get here for decent for different prices.
Still young and in school so during the day I can't really go full out so the most subtle bombs you had here will be very helpful. I don't really see anyone else reviewing things like tinted balm so it's very helpful to have someone just be fully honest with me without making something seem better than actually is because of a sponsorship.

I've been wearing this Korean brand lip balm for years now, from The Saem. I went into the shop because there was a life-size cardboard cut out of SHINee by the entrance lol. The lady was super nice and she was also a SHINee fan so we sort of bonded over it. I felt bad because I didn't find anything I actually wanted to buy and the lady had already given me a bunch of merch so I ended up buying the lip balm 😂

I've always been really picky with balms especially since sometimes companies prioritize the tint over the actual balm itself. It's so intriguing to find out what other people's preference are!
I'd say that's often the case, the tint seems to win out! But I don't mind, I can always swipe on another balm underneath for more nourishment 👍 x

I love Milk Makeup kush lip balms!! They have a couple very pretty shades, plus a clear one, I think your favorite would be "plushberry", a nice berry shade!😊 They are also surprisingly hydrating, and have the most wonderful fresh scent to them!😍

I noticed that the nourishing or most tinted balms are available in high street or luxury brands, not so much on the drugstores (with the exception of Burt’s Bees maybe?). The affordable ones have petroleum sadly, or sometimes they don’t give the color payoff that I’m looking for. Thank you for expanding your tinted balm series, Matilda! I’m on the hunt for more balms lately :)

Bobbi Brown's Lip tint is amazing!!, maybe it's slightly pricey but overall it is worth it!!.. It makes my lip soft and gives off natural tint which I die for . My fav Bobbi Brown lip tint color is *popsicle* and *bare pink*.. Many lip balms didn't suit me like how Bobbi Brown did 😍🥰

I’ve just discovered Noto’s multi benne stain and it’s my new favorite. I got the color genet, and the color is amazing, super pigmented, and has a great minty flavor. Works great on my cheeks too.

I recently got Honest Beauty's tinted lip balm in Fruit Punch and I love it because it's a lot thicker than most so I can rub my lips together without smearing the color all over my face!

I love innersfree lip balm I find it moisturising because of its thicker texture and the colour tint they have are nice. My favourite is Rose tea also the colour match the scent! I also have wedding peach tea but its a very baby pink tint.

My favorites by Burt's Bees tinted lip balms are:
"Rose" - nice flush of rose-pink, perfect to wear all year round
"Pink Blossom" - light pink, almost bubblegum pink. This is my favorite for spring and summer
"Sweet Violet" - just a tad darker than pink blossom and has a slight purple undertone (which suits me well because I'm Asian with warm, yellow undertones). It's a beautiful shade that's good to wear all year round, especially in the warmer months
"Black Dahlia" - the darkest shade of all with brown-burgundy tones. Beautiful for fall and winter

have you tried Milk’s kush lip balm? I like the shade “Bubble” quite a bit. of course, it’s not the most hydrating formula in the world, but the shade is pretty. I dream of a day when there’s an actually hydrating tinted lip balm formula that I can wear during the winter 💫
I have it in the shade plushberry and although I like the formula, the smell bothers me quite a bit.

Can't go wrong with Dior Lip glow. First discovered it in 2012 and just continually bought it ever since. I can't go without. I wanna get the rosewood after i finish my recent one. The Kosas sport lip balm is also a good. One finished one of it and i have an extra on the side also in shade Pulse. Need to try the Nars and YSL one next time ❤️

Sometimes when I get cold (for some reason I always get cold? Even if it’s not cold, especially my hand and feet) my lips turn this purple color/ no pigment at all, usually my lips are a nice rose pink, and when they’re not I look dead. Especially after p.e in school, so tinted lip balm is definitely a must!!😭😭

What a lovely way to cap off my weekend.... my first tinted lip balm was Cliniques Black Honey in high school. Since then I’ve tried so many there’s always a lip gloss/balm/oil in every single purse i own 😒 currently I’m wavering between the pat mcgrath and the NARS balm in Dolce Vita, which is better than the orgasm color...I think you’d enjoy that one Matilda.. oh and you’re right most aren’t hydrating at all

I personally love tinted balms, I bought one of the fresh balms, the Ilia Arabian Knights balm and the Givenchy Noir revelateur because of you, but I can definitely recommend the Kora organics lip tint and the Kjaer Weis lip tint too! I love that we have such a similar makeup style, it is like listening to a friend about her new discoveries! In fact, almost half of my collection consists of your recommendations. I really like my lip balms to be quite waxy and matte so I love the basic lip balm from burts bees. When I tried the tinted version I was really disappointed because it is way too oily for me. So I started melting together the regular lip balm with a bit of their matte lip crayons in ‘Hawaiian smolder’. Best tinted lip balm ever, I highly recommend.
Always very tempted to buy Glossier's Cherry Balm 🥺 the paint tube-ish packaging is just so adorable (also they lowkey remind me of Innisfree's Balms too!)
