This book is Awesome! I love the Lean-To-Shed the most (page 98). The plan ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxe9yi0sulKgsp0VJJCIrLWWkvVqcU7LFR is to attach it to the back of my brick house. I also like how they walk you through the many different steps of construction, which is important for the less experienced like me.
This is such an adorable house. The master windows being uneven would be solved with curtains. No biggie. But they have great taste and an eye for design...and they made over $100k on the project. They should def do this full time.
@@auxvia7403 No you/they wouldn’t. The “profit” made on flipping houses, furniture, or anything, really... is what they made *AFTER* accounting for & subtracting the total amount spent on buying and renovating the house. Their ALL-IN cost is what they SPENT in total on every aspect of the project-their literal “all-in cost”. Again, their “PROFIT” i the amount they made AFTER subtracting their total ALL-IN COST from the final sales price of the house (minus closing costs; if they weren’t already included in the all-in costs). :)
This flip is amazing , the ladies did an awesome job. They made the house modern but added uniqueness and so glad they added splashes of colour. They gave this house personality!
This turned out absolutely beautiful! They did an excellent job choosing finishes that would appeal to most buyers! I have very specific taste and really don't like what most flippers choose. I could only find 3 very minor things I would have changed. 1- The powder room didn't need to be that large. It made the small size of the vanity look odd. 2- The windows and sills, of the old and new window, in the master bedroom where not exactly the same. 3- In the kitchen I would have either used different shelf brackets or not had open shelves in that back section. The brackets stood out too much. Having said that I would have bought this house and I refused to buy a flip in my area! The fact that they fixed the foundation instead of covering up the problem, like many do in my area, was impressive knowing how much needed to be done! Extending that tile wall in the large bathroom was genius and GORGEOUS!!! These ladies will definitely be successful and buyers will appreciate that they used quality finishes and went the little EXTRA!
❣❣❣❣Absolutely LOVE this final reveal !! The ladies did a freaking AMAZEBALLS job on this!!! I was thinking they may have over done the high quality features; but, DANG IT IS F.I.N.E. FINE!!! Congrats Ladies on making a very profitable flip!! ❣❣❣❣ AND thank you AF for sharing it all with us!! BTW...love your merch!!!!
Maybe these ladies should be showing you two how to flip. This house is a million times nicer than the boring, half-done ones that you do on your channel. And they made a bigger profit, because clearly this house COULD command a more premium asking price. Great job, ladies!
For someone who only watches the Austin Flipsters, it’s refreshing to see new designs the Austin Flipsters don’t usually use.. I know I can watch other channels but I really like the way these videos are shooted and edited
These ladies did an amazing job. Great choices, and good on you for some of your suggestions. I'm so curious from watching all of your videos about foundations. It seems that foundation issues is sort of common in your area. Such as this house, you said it needed 47 piers. Wow!!! I'm in the panhandle of Florida, Fort Walton Beach. Foundation issues are that prevalent, but occasionally. I've dealt with it a few times and the cost here is crazy. Recently had a slight foundation issue, was told by 3 companies it needed 8 piers, and all estimates were around $12,000. I can't imagine the cost of 47 piers. Is the foundation business so much more competitive in your area that it isn't nearly as costly as our area? I love your channel and keep telling people to watch it. Great information and entertainment.
They purchased this for $270K 🙀 That is a good deal! Great flip & I love their design sense, bathrooms were incredible! They honestly could’ve sold it for 600K 😂 that in-law suite is a major value & the regular bedrooms are very spacious
I absolutely loved majority of this flip, I just wasn't sold on the floor tile choice in the powder room, nor the wall tile choice in the shower in the secondary master suite, but it would not have been a deal breaker either.
I can’t find a bank willing to give me a loan to fix the home I bought to remodel! Since it’s not my primary residence I can’t get a loan. It’s paid off btw just needs renovated.
You guys are absolutely fantastic! It’s amazing watching you guys grow as a business and your channel!! Hurry up with that next video, I need my fix! This house turned out absolutely amazing, good on them for following their dreams and making it happen!
It’s so crazy to see how expensive houses are across the u.s...My mom bought her house for 17k and all that needed redone was drywall, new floors, and painting lol
@@grrrroovy omg where I live you can’t really get a decent house for that price. $450-500k is typical or even on the cheaper side for a basic decent starting home where I live in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand.
The cheapest house where im at is no less than 200k and its really just for the land cause the houses are old and rotted. You end up having to tear down the whole house and rebuild completely. Its all location/demand and its gross
Could we have some videos showing the process of renovating the house? I’m thinking like a series of videos of a particular house showing a lot of the hurdles and speed bumps that you had to jump through. I’m a little new to this channel and I’m loving the content thus far!

The little fence area in front is so cute
Right!? love that part
Agree
These girls nailed it. I hope they keep flipping and make that MONEY, HONEY!!
Woo hoo! Yes!
The Flipsters were very kind. I'm largely anti open shelving in a kitchen.

That's exactly where my eyes went... to those windows 😝 but yes curtains should do the trick
they should but it's very expensive to do considering you would spend more than that to do the project

We love what they did with this home!
I hope they didn’t blow the budget with the tile, but it looks ‘flipping’ amazing! (pun intended)

Lovely flip. Once you replace the shelves with cabinets in the kitchen it's gold.
My husband and I are moving to Austin in March and I cannot wait to get established and possibly, one day start flipping houses like y'all!
