It’s always fun stepping with Chris & Nastia. A couple new steps but at an easy to follow bpm. Hubs came home & watched for a bit. He remarked “how can anyone not like this channel with so much fun & laughter”?❤

Hi Chris. I’ve been doing your workouts for several months now (can’t make it live but do them after work). I really never comment on social media but I just have to. Just want to thank you. I’m 54 and have been working out in some form my whole life. Was so burned out and dreading my daily afternoon exercise until I found your channel. I found your channel in Sept 2024. I live in rural France and after years of cardio classes and light weight work outs, I'm now 51. I needed a change so now go to a weights gym.
I've never been able to find good Step classes here, so i was delighted to find your channel. Now, every Friday morning (when i have a bit more time) I drag a Step out of the corner, make space in the midde of the gym, and do one of your classes!!!! I love it!!! You're brilliant!!! 🥰

I haven't stepped to lower BPM in a long time ............loved it. This is the way Step was introduced all those years ago for a reason. I felt I go full range of motion in every combo. I will take this to my own classes and slow it down........I felt I got a better workout than working out to the high BPM classes. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a perfect workout for people who are still getting used to step! And as an experienced stepper it was great too! I love a slower workout so I can concentrate on full range of motion!

The music was perfect! I usually like about 135 bpm, but I have to say I really liked the slower pace and focusing on really getting into the moves. Excellent 😊

Loved this. My favorite format is a more challenging choreography with a slower speed. Because this was intermediate with the slower speed I was able to use two risers. Dripping wet when I was done. Love, love, love

Did this workout again with one riser this time. My body just wasn’t feeling going hard today. I caught myself in the middle of being disappointed and then thought, no I’m just listening to my body and being grateful for movement. Thank you again ladies.

Found this really easy to follow, probably the slower pace helped, but proud to say I didn't miss a step - and that doesn't often happen on intermediate 😂. thanks Chris for a great workout.
Great music, and I also found that the slower pace enabled me to really focus on each move and put the most into it. And I worked up quite a sweat!
