@@zandrokos No, you are not correct. We fell here from Heaven because of the black karma on our souls and must continue to reincarnate here until that karma is worn away by our suffering. Falun Dafa can help us do exactly that.
His knowledge and kindness to share it comes to rescue in times of great need. He had the courage and wisdom to go against what everyone else thought it was common sense, and put it to question. And with that we found that this existence is much more magical and is way more profound than what we thought, and you are doing it. From nothing, you produce something, isnt that amazing?

We are here to learn to love and treat everyone the way we want to be treated. We are all connected spiritually. Watch some near death experiences they will really turn your mind around and take some meditation (mindfulness) courses. They are offered through most hospitals or ymca’s. Or just look up Jon Kabat Zinn, he helped a lot of people in chronic pain and with PTSD etc.

I wish I could only understand Alan Watts better than I do. I think he is highly intelligent and was capable of leading people to a more understandable life. I only wish I knew of him early on in life. Now I'm at my end of life and feel I have missed out on so much.
What is it your not understanding ?
I believe that we come into this life with a main task we set out to achieve. It doesn't have to be anything monumental. It's just something that we as a soul want to experience. As long as you are alive, you can still attain that goal.
No Regrets!! You are right there where you meant to be. Next Gens are prepared trough feedbackloop and they Spread the new and natural Mindset.
If you feel you missed out on so much, then you're not living. I have no time, just constantly changing while watching the world change with it.

You can always choose wherever you are. but you get crazy by not completing your chooses, so go all in till you find the truth because it will make you feel peacefull for a moment, but when that time is over you will need to find another truth and another answer to come up with to make you feel satisfied for the moment, everything is a bout finding moments to take time for life by completing goals and you need to find these goals all the time so you dont get bored by having to much time.

I live every day like its my last because we aren't guaranteed tomorrow that being said tomorrow cant be ignored either because there are severe consequences for ignorance and flippant behavior

We have no free will at all. You know what I think the truth is? And I do think there is an objective truth to reality. We live in a super deterministic universe. Everything has been pre-determined. We have no free will. We are all watching what is happening.

Agree it’s just cause and effect causes have causes have causes. Once you hit the white ball on a snooker table ( equivalent to big bang) the balls will scatter how ever they will. Their path is set from the que strike just like all atoms are just following cause an effect from big bang. The future is a set as the past.

I disagree. I tried the automatically generated subs on this video first and it was very distracting how out of sync they were (not to mention there are always mistakes in them) - so I was really happy to find that there were actually perfectly timed subtitles in the video itself. Good subtitles are really helpful for non-native speakers...

i dont think alan watts was implying we should disregard the future and become an unstrategic animal. our ability to be strategic and use our understanding of time seperates us from other animals who don't keep track of time. thats one of the reasons we are the most successful at survival. but our excessive emphasis on time makes us miserable. based on what ive heard from alan watts, he seems to have a problem with the aspect of culture where we are taught to delay gratification for our entire life. school prepares you for the work, work prepares you for retirement, and by the time you are retired, you don't feel as healthy cause you are old, so you cant enjoy retirement. and because of that, the reward you were taught to work so hard for pretty much never comes, but we spend our whole lives being serious and stressed out so one day the reward will come. so its true. the future is a hoax. if you want to work hard towards something and plan into the future because its worth it for yourself and others, good. hard work and planning often benefits us all. but if you want to work hard towards something and plan in order to obtain something to fill the void, that isnt going to work. my conclusion is we should live for today as much as we can, not for a hypothetical reward in the distant future
