My buddy got a PS5 recently, and we ran through this game together and man, it was just such a fun time hunting down all of these references. This was such a wonderful love letter to Playstation and it was a great time! Haven't seen a company retrospective done this well since the Smash Bros series from Nintendo!
One of the npc bots you can unlock in playstation labo throws around a blue boomerang which kinda resembles the canceled boomerang controller for the ps3. If anything, the only relic I'm shocked is not in this game is the playstation tv (the mini-console version of the vita)
This game brought a huge smile to my face the entire time. Actually made me feel emotional at times from all the nostalgia of past PlayStation games, accessories, and consoles.
With all these references to the history of PlayStation, I can't help but think about a new PlayStation All-Stars game. I would love Japan Studio to make that.
Jumping Flash! was one of my biggest surprises and reactions of the game. Everything else was usually met by chuckles and aww's. But for this, I actually yelled, "JUMPING FLASH!!!!!!!!"
Well, the developer did said that he's working on Gravity Rush 3 when new gen console got released in the future.. I guess this is the call for new sequel mate :D
this game is so amazing. Its more than just a tech demo for the new controller, its a standalone game with enough content to entertain for hours and even after having all the trophies, there`s still stuff to explore
Man I found the days gone one earlier today and was like “why are all those Astrobots chasing that one poor Astrobot” 😂 this video cleared some things up for me
I like how they put so much work into the spiders so they don't trigger arachophobes. It does bug me how the idle animations kick in after about a half-second of inactivity. Especially since the game is obviously inspired by 3D Mario, which is generally more restrained with it's idles.
Just the easter eggs and references make me emotional. I played on Sony consoles my whole life and some of my favorite games are Sony exclusive. I love this game so much.

Probably one of the best games I’ve played and I’m even comparing it to full games that cost money The nostalgia is crazy, the Easter eggs are great and the overall feel of the game is spot on from level design to gameplay and even the amazing soundtrack A definite top tier game to showcase Sony’s rich PlayStation past ❤️

Astro's Playroom made me cry atleast twice. This isn't just a great platformer, but a wonder heartfelt love letter to the ps legacy!
Silent Hill and DMC were amazing ones, especially the DMC one they nailed Dante pretty much, but my favorite is. SONY RECOGNIZING THE VITA EXISTS!
