I played this while waiting on Cold War to finish downloading.. Thought I’d only play for 30-60 minutes, but finished the entire game in one sitting. Fun as hell. Definitely recommend.
This should be a 10/10 and I’m not joking, this is free, and it intends to show what the ps5 is about and showcase the dual sense, and it does exactly that successfully. That’s a 10/10, but as a game, well technically it is, but not in the same way
Its like a big ol tribute to playstations history. If they ever did a sequel its be great to play thru some levels based off of playstation games. Like a Wipeout level, metal gear, infamous, etc

They had the playroom, the playroom vr, astro bot rescue mission (by far the best, it's a top tier platformer in vr), and then this. 10/10 for me. I really am impressed by the dual sense controller. It’s also so cute and zen, I can just sit and listen to the soundtrack all day, and all the little robots are great. I want more of this guy
He's been in The Playroom, the Playroom VR, and Astro Bot: Rescue Mission (by far the best of the 4, it's a psvr game and it's genuinely a top tier 3d platformer)
This game was incredible tbh, I played it and platinum in one gaming session. Took approximately 10 hours, manly because I kept exploring all the Easter eggs. Was so cool, still will go back and play

Game deserves a 10. I finally got my PS5 I played demon souls, then Spider-Man, even messed around on ghost of tsushima. Then before bed I popped this game on. I had a smile on my face the whole time and I beat the whole game in one sitting. My wife who doesn't really watch me play games ever, watched me play the whole game cuz she was so into it. The amount of nostalgia in this game almost made me tear up even though I never cry. This truly was one of the best experiences I've ever had in any game.
This game made me feel like a kid again it will definitely be one of my most memorable experiences with this console. So much love and care put into this and the platforming is so much fun. If sony doubles down and makes a larger game like this I think it could give Mario odyssey a run for its money.
When I got the ps5 I was actually a bit sad that my ps4 era was over. I'm glad sony knows this and help make the transition through this game, taking you down memory lane with the collectibles, puzzles and references. It made me genuinly exited for whats to come.
And oh boy, the controller (IN THIS GAME SPECIFICALLY) is just awesome! Never cared much for controller vibration, I usually turn it off. But this game is basically only so extremely enjoyable BECAUSE of the vibrations. You have to play it for yourself...

Picking up the controller for the first time and playing this game will make you feel like a kid again and like you are feeling the "rumble" for the first time like on N64. True innovation from Sony.
If PS All Stars 2 ever happens someday, even with a different developer, I can imagine this character as a playable fighter. In fact, with all this playstation history I'm seeing, maybe they should be the ones to make PS All Stars 2. That or Sumo Digital, I still love their work on the Sonic Racing games.
Yeah I really hope it doesn't end up like the touch bar and motion control like on ps4 where the only games I can think of that use it is Days Gone with swiping certain ways for menus and Until Dawn holding still so you don't die.
the nostalgia. Hearing the themes of the previous generations of consoles when you unlock them brings back so many memories. If you grew up with PlayStation it's an amazing feeling. I've been a PlayStation guy since PS2.
9/10 in my book. Really impressed by the controller's advanced haptics and how they integrated the touch pad mechanics into the game. Beyond that the game itself brought me back to Mario N64 days, and overall happier times

This game is not only a tech showcase, it's a celebration and exploration of the PS5 and literally everything prior. Anything short of a 10/10 is a massive insult. This game is truly a masterpiece

I was highly skeptical at first. And then I played it from start to finish and didn't stop. I didn't WANT to stop! It is soooo much fun and every PS game referenced brought a smile to my face.
This game kicked off the new generation of gaming in every way possible. I loved it all, especially how it pays homage to every product and game made for PlayStation. I absolutely enjoyed it and I can’t wait to see what else PlayStation 5 brings to the table.
